Abstract

The selection of personnel for the IT Infrastructure Section of the Indonesian Navy has the duty and responsibility to protect IT Infrastructure in the Indonesian Navy in protecting infrastructure assets from cyber security attacks which are increasingly being carried out by irresponsible parties. In carrying out their duties, proper staffing data is required according to the field and in accordance with the criteria related to Engineering, Tactics and Strategic. Therefore, this research developed a decision support system to analyze and select appropriate personnel in the field and according to the criteria to be able to develop and maintain IT Infrastructure in the Indonesian Navy. The method used in this study is to use the Vikor method. with research subjects are IT Infrastructure personnel in the Indonesian Navy. the calculation results from the Vikor method with Technical, Tactical and Strategic criteria will show appropriate personnel with qualified capabilities in protecting IT Infrastructure in the Indonesian Navy from Cyber attacks.

Abstract

The complexity of diagnosing diseases in children and adults has resulted in many types of drugs with different characteristics, often confusing the general public in differentiating drugs based on symptoms. For example, coughs with phlegm and non-phlegm are often considered the same, even though they require different treatment. This research uses the Forward chaining method in a web-based disease diagnosis information system using the Rapid application development (RAD) method to help people recognize disease symptoms more accurately. This system was developed using PHP and MySQL. Forward chaining testing shows results of 80%, while black box testing produces 100%, indicating that all system functions are running well. Apart from that, the open beta results from midwives and the community reached 88.32%, indicating that the system is suitable for use. Security testing also shows optimal results, with a score of 100% for password trial restrictions, SSL, and automatic backup using cron jobs. The results of the close beta test by users obtained a score of 90.37%, which indicates that this system is very feasible to implement. This research was conducted at dr. general Arsinta, Jl. Mosque No. 20, Sananwetan, Blitar City.

Abstract

Ikan gurame merupakan komoditas makanan popular di Indonesia. Peternakan ikan gurame diminati oleh masyarakat desa Banjarejo kecamatan Rejotangan kabupaten Tulungagung karena memiliki nilai pasar yang tinggi. Permasalahan yang timbul di kalangan peternak gurame adalah harga gurame yang berubah – ubah tergantung kondisi pasar. Maka, untuk solusi masalah tersebut dibangun aplikasi yang dapat mencari rata – rata harga penjualan ikan gurame berdasarkan hasil penjualan peternak lain di wilayah tersebut. Proses perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan model pengembangan prototyping. Untuk hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi android yang dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan data transaksi penjualan, data rata – rata penjualan dan proses penawaran antara peternak dan pengepul. Proses pencarian rata – rata penjualan ikan gurame dilakukan dengan cara menjumlahkan semua penjualan ikan gurame di wilayah tersebut kemudian dibagi dengan jumlah penjualan saat itu. Proses perhitungan rata – rata tersebut dapat disaring berdasarkan periode tertentu. Kemudian, untuk proses transaksi jual beli antara peternak dan pengepul, pada aplikasi disediakan sebuah mekanisme yang dapat mengunggah data penawaran penjualan atau pembelian, apabila ada pengguna yang tertarik maka transaksi dapat dilanjutkan di aplikasi pihak ketiga yaitu whatsapp. Selain itu, hasil pengujian black box sistem adalah 90,2% aplikasi berfungsi dengan semestinya.
