Abstract

AbstractThree main objectives of the application of IS / IT in an organization. First, improve work efficiency by automating various processes that manage information. Second, improve management effectiveness by satisfying information needs for decision making. Third, improve competitiveness or improve organizational competitive advantage by changing the style and way of doing business. These three goals can be achieved optimally if there is a guarantee of alignment between the IS / IT strategy and the organization's business strategy, where later the business strategy will provide direction for achieving an organizational goal, and the IS / IT strategy will provide support to the achievement of the organization's goals through the preparation of IT infrastructure in accordance with the organization's business strategy. To determine IS / IT strategies that can support the achievement of the organization's vision and mission, it is necessary to understand the organization's business strategy through IS / IT strategic planning, which will be explained through the stages of IS / IT strategic planning based on the Ward and Peppard methodology.

Abstract

AbstractOne way that is currently being widely used in an effort to support and increase company income is the use of internet facilities in the trade sector. By utilizing the internet as a medium to market products in large quantities and distribute them to online buyers, it is called E-Distribution. E-Distribution A3 Cell as a store engaged in selling internet quota and cellphone accessories currently does not own and use information media and technology in terms of information dissemination. So far, the system used is in the form of disseminating information from one consumer to another and is limited to the area around A3 Cell. A3 Cell relies on manual information, transactions in A3 Cell are still recorded in the Ledger, the search and report generation process takes a long time. Based on this, an E-distribution-based system is needed that can assist A3 Cell in providing updated product information and improving services to consumers without time and place restrictions. The results of the research that have been designed and tested show that the information system that has been created provides convenience in the sales process, data management of the distribution of goods as well as based on the results of the black box.

Abstract

AbstractAlong with the times, the remote control system uses android. The disorderly use of facilities and the spread of the Covid-19 Virus about the government's appeal not to touch objects carelessly. Smartclass is a class facility control system using Arduino Uno + ESP8266 as a device control unit, Firebase as a Database Server, and Kodular to create android applications. Smartclass is a system that provides automation of class usage so that classes can be controlled via Android and users don't have to press a switch. The integration between schedule and class usage makes this system run automatically. The results showed that the Android-based application system can be controlled well, the system does not have a difference between the time of the tool and the actual clock as proven by testing the comparison of the RTC time with the stopwatch, the pir sensor is able to detect ± 5.4 meters movement. If the object is not moving, the pear sensor cannot detect an object so that the control application system can run properly.

Abstract

AbstractCurrently, Android smartphones are widely used in various fields, not only as a means of communication, but nowadays smartphones can control home appliances because the development of Android operating features is increasingly sophisticated. One of the speech recognition technologies is one of the technological breakthroughs that are currently widely used compared to Bluetooth technology. Speech recognition operation by simply saying a command becomes more practical and efficient. Therefore the authors propose speech recognition or voice via an Android smartphone as a device that can be operated in controlling lights with an input system or controller in the form of a voice. This study aims to make applications to make it easier in everyday life more practical, especially in everyday mobility, so that the light control device and house doors with sound can help the limited mobility of users.
