Abstract

ABSTRAKProyek Konstruksi merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan yang berlangsung dalam jangka waktu terbatas, dengan sumber daya tertentu. Keberhasilan suatu proyek konstruksi ditentukan dari kesesuaian waktu, biaya dan mutu yang ditetapkan dalam dokumen kontrak. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi sering terjadi , penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan penyebab keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek.            Melalui penelitian ini akan dilakukan perhitungan bobot penyebab keterlambatan proyek dengan variabel bahan baku, tenaga kerja,peralatan, keuangan lingkungan ,perubahan dan perencanan penjadwalan.Kata Kunci : Keterlambatan Proyek, Manajemen Proyek, Metode Bar Chart dan S Curve ABSTRACT               Construction Project is a form of activity that lasts for a limited period of time, with certain resources. The success of a construction project is determined by the suitability of the time, cost and quality specified in the contract document. In the implementation of construction projects often occur, this research was conducted with the aim to find out the dominant factors causing delays in project implementation.               Through this research, we will calculate the weight of the causes of project delays with variables of raw materials, labor, equipment, environmental finance, scheduling changes and planning.Keywords : Project Delay, Project Management, Metode Bar Chart and S Curve
