<![CDATA[ABSTRAKSetiap proyek memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dari proyek yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Karakteristik tersebut akan berpengaruh kepada progress pekerjaan pelaksanaan dilapangan, Oleh karena itu diperlukan manajemen proyek yang baik agar tercapai sasaran tujuan proyek tersebut.Beberapa metode telah dikembangkan untuk mengatasi hal ini, Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu diantaranya adalah Metode Network Planning seperti Metode Jalur Kritis atau Critical Path Method (CPM), Barchart dan Kurva S. Metode Network Planning tersebut merupakan salah satu yang dapat digunakan guna membantu memutuskan berbagai masalah khususnya perencanaan, penjadwalan, dan pengendalian proyek. Dari perhitungan bobot pekerjaan diestimasikan penyelesaian pekerjaan pembangunan membutuhkan waktu 161 hari.          Berdasarkan perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan Gedung Aula Unswagati sampai tahap akhir kurang lebih membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 5.826.635.379,90.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Proyek, Metode penelitian, Kinerja Analisis PenjadwalanCPM, RAB, Lintasan Kritis.ABSTRACTEach project has different characteristics from one project to another.
