<![CDATA[ABSTRAKSasaran Manajemen Konstruksi adalah mengelola fungsi manajemen atau mengatur pelaksanaan pembangunan sedemikian rupa sehingga diperoleh hasil optimal sesuai dengan persyaratan(spesification) untuk keperluan pencapaian tujuan ini, perlu diperhatikan pula mengenai mutu bangunan,biaya yang digunakan dan waktu pelaksanaan Dalam rangka pencapaian hasil ini selalu diusahakan pelaksanaan pengawasan mutu ( Quality Control ) , pengawasan biaya ( Cost Control ) dan pengawasan waktu pelaksanaan ( Time Control ).Pada pembangunan perencanaan rumah susun pondok pesantren seluas 495m berlantai 3 ini membutuhkan Manajemen Kontruksi, yaitu dalam lingkup, kinerja waktu dan biaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Bar chart, kurva S dan CPM .ketiga metode tersebut untuk menganalisis mutu, biaya dan waktu pada proyek ini agar perencanaan pembangunan proyek ini berjalan dengan sesuai yang direncanakan.Hasil dari metode Barchart, Kurva S, CPM tersebut didapat bahwa perencanaan waktu pembangunan proyek ini adalah 36 minggu (252 hari) dengan perkiraan biaya kurang lebih Rp.5,277,959,057,-. Kata Kunci : Manajemen konstruksi proyek, Perencanaan rumah susun pondok pesantren ,Kinerja biaya dan waktu, Metode Barchart, Metode Kurva S, Critical Path Method ( CPM ) ABSTRACT  The target of Management Construction is to manage the function of the management or set the implementation of the building in such a way so obtained optimum results appropriate with the requirements ( specification ) for utility this purposes, it necessary to noted also on the quality of the building, the cost of used and time the implementation of the in order to achieving the result is always effort the implementation of the quality of supervision ( Quality Control ), scrutiny cost ( Cost Control ) and supervision time the implementation of the ( Time Control ) .
