Abstract

Football is not only physical but also mental. Lack of mentality in young players will emerge with self-efficacy and good motivation to achieve an achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and motivation on the achievements of Posba Bangsongan Kediri athletes. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 30 athletes using a total sampling technique. This data analysis technique uses a formula, namely product moment correlation. The results of the study show that 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and athlete achievement. Evidenced by the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.019 > 0.05, which means that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and athlete achievement. 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and athlete achievement. It is proved that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.13 > 0.05 which means there is a relationship between motivation and athlete achievement. 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and motivation on athlete achievement. Evidenced by the value 1 seen from the correlation coefficient, the magnitude of the correlation coefficient with the basis that is if the value is close to 1 or -1 there is a relationship if it is close to 0 there is a weak relationship, meaning that self-efficacy and motivation with achievement have a very strong relationship

Abstract

Senam aerobik merupakan aktivitas fisik yang populer dan diminati berbagai kalangan. Hal ini terbukti dari banyaknya sanggar-sanggar senam yang relative banyak pada masyarakat. Selain alasan kebugaran, senam aerobik menjadi olahraga pilihan masyarakat karena memiliki nilai kemudahan, keindahan, kemanfaatan, dan kemurahan. Senam aerobik sangat populer disemua kalangan khususnya kalangan wanita bahkan lansia. Untuk menguasai senam aerobic, seharusnya seseorang instruktur senam memiliki kemampuan fisik dan kemampuan dalam menguasai materi pendukung senam aerobik. Materi senam aerobik tersebut diantaranya materi tentang membuat koreografi yang sesuai dengan tujuan, menghitung tempo musik dan lain-lain. Selain itu seorang instruktur senam aerobik seharusnya mampu membaca situasi dan mampu memberikan materi sesuai dengan kebutuhan member/anggotanya. Pengguna jasa instruktur aerobik adalah pengguna bisnis usaha, penggunaan jasa senam aerobik berdasarkan  kepercayaan dari mulut kemulut. Oleh karena itu seorang instruktur  harus memperhatikan bagaimana berperilaku, berkomunikasi, dapat menjaga hubungan baik antara lain dengan sesama instruktur dan juga dengan membernya. Intrukstur senam merupakan salah satu bentuk softskill masyarakat yang dapat menjadi peluang bisnis elit bagi pelakunya.  Berkaitan dengan banyaknya potensi instruktur senam aerobik di Trenggalek terbukti dari banyaknya keterlibatan member-member senam di sanggar senam maka tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat melaksanakan kegiatan “Pelatihan Instruktur Senam Aerobik Sebagai Alternatif Peluang Bisnis Di Kabupaten trenggalek Tahun 2023”.  Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi penting bagi peminat senam aerobik, karena dapam memberikan kemampuan kerja yang baik, kemampuan berkomunikasi, interasi dan kemampuan dalam menarik konsumen. Antusias peserta dalam kegiatan ini juga terlihat sangat baik dapat dilihat dari keaktifan peserta saat kegiatan berlangsung.

Abstract

Water activities (special swimming for those who are proficient) have many benefits. Can be compared, children learn to walk on the floor with children learning to swim directly. The different is that one is on the floor and theother is in the water. Children who learn to walk on the floor only a few motor muscles that move. While swimming all the motor muscles move. This means that children who learn to swim from a young age certainly have better motor skill. Physical improvent is more advanced in children who do not swim. Apart from being physical, swimming also stimulates more sctivr hormone, such as the hormone adrenaline. So that the end result, the level the end result, the level of intelligence can also be high. In development countries preschool aquatic sports progrsm are more focused. Introducing motormodeic aspect for basic swimming skills. Children are not taught to survive indepentently in the water and enjoy the activites they do. Swimming skil can be acquired more readily at the age of 5 years. Although some children younger that 4 years require longer introduction to learn swimming skill. Physically the child will succed in doing swimming movements after the muscle fibers and nerves are mature. The purpose of this community service activity is to share experiences in water activities for children from an early age, that is, between the ages of 1 – 4 years it will be better for children to learn quickly, and avoid the possibility of having an accident drowning in a pool. Through mentoring activities for the introduction of aquatic sports through swimkids in early childhood at the Sumber Alam Dawung Kediri swimming pool, it is hoped that it will be able to improve the quality of physical and mental health of young children, especially in the Kediri environmen
