Abstract

Organisasi komunikasi dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas bagi karyawan, tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan dapat dilakukan dengan baik. Jika tugas dan tanggung jawab berjalan sesuai dengan isi pekerjaan yang telah ditetapkan maka peningkatan produktivitas karyawan akan dapat dilakukan dengan baik, yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Museum Nasional Transmigrasi (MNK) Provinsi Lampung, studi pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Kemudian populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan MNK Provinsi Lampung yang berjumlah 29 karyawan. Komunikasi organisasi MNK di Provinsi Lampung telah cukup berperan dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi dan produktivitas karyawan. Komunikasi karyawan MNK di Propinsi Lampung termasuk dalam kategori baik. Perilaku karyawan juga termasuk kepatuhan karyawan dengan peraturan lembaga yang ada dan interaksi karyawan, interaksi yang baik antara karyawan atau interaksi antara atasan dan bawahan. Produktivitas karyawan MNK di Propinsi Lampung termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of efficiency, convenience, and information security on interest in using fintech applications. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Pelita Bangsa University with a sample of 130 people. Primary data obtained from respondents via Google Docs. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and the analytical technique used was multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the efficiency variable had a positive and significant effect on interest in using fintech applications. The convenience variable has a positive and significant effect on interest in using fintech applications. And the information security variable has a positive and significant effect on interest in using fintech applications. And from the results of the determination test, it can be stated that efficiency, convenience, and information security have a simultaneous effect on interest in using fintech applications.

Abstract

Laryngeal carcinoma is a cancer of the larynx that attacks the normal epithelium of the larynx. This carcinoma is the second most common type of head and neck epithelial malignancy in the world and the second most common in the respiratory tract after lung cancer. Carcinoma of the larynx has non-specific clinical manifestations, causing delayed early detection, thus affecting the management and prognosis of patients. This study aimed to determined the frequency distribution of laryngeal carcinoma patients based on gender, age, clinical manifestations, location, histopathological type, degree of differentiation. This research is a categorical descriptive study. The study sample was patients diagnosed by an ENT doctor as a primary malignancy of laryngeal carcinoma with confirmation from histopathological examination.The results of this study showed that the majority of laryngeal carcinoma patients were male (94%), the most age group was 59-65 years old (30.61%), the most common clinical manifestation was hoarseness (42.8%), The most common tumor location was in the glottis (92%), the most common histopathological features were squamous cell carcinoma (98%), and the highest degree of differentiation was moderate differentiation (36.73%). The majority of laryngeal carcinoma patients are men with an age range of 59-65 years.
