Abstract

Aging Process (Aging) is a natural process that accompanied the decline of their physical, psychological and social interact with each other. One problem that often in the elderly complain about the changes of sexual activity. Therefore this study was conducted to determine attitudes about the elderly physiological changes of sexual activity.This reseach uses descriptive study design with a total population of 46 people aged 60-70 years old, the sample totaled 41 respondents using probability sampling technique type cluster random sampling, the instrument used a structured questionnaire through interviews. The variables in the elderly is the attitude about the precise physiological changes of sexual activity, after data analysis of data obtained using the formula T score. The results showed that more than 50% of respondents being negative towards the physiological changes of sexual activity were 21 as many respondents (51.2%). Negative attitudes of respondents toward the physiological changes of sexual actifity is because that according to their desires and their penggairahan of sexual actifity is still the same as when ayoung man, nothing has changed.It is expected that the elderly can comprehend and understand that in old age that there are some changes among the psyiological changes of sexual actifity that involved several steps that desire phase, the phase of araosol, orgasmic phase, post orgasmic phase. In order not to adversely affect both physically and psychologically from the elderly can make healthy sexual actifity, desired and can be enjoyed together.Keywords: Attitude, Advanced age, physiological changes, sexual activity.

Abstract

Anemia kehamilan adalah kondisi di mana kadar hemoglobin dalam darah di bawah normal sehingga akan mengakibatkan mortalitas dan morbiditas bagi ibu dan bayi. Kondisi tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya kepatuhan ibu hamil terhadap rekomendasi penggunaan tablet besi.. Kejadian anemia pada kehamilan di kabupaten Banyumas pada tahun 2022 yaitu 17,09%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik ibu dan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Purwojati tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif desain yang digunakan adalah correlation analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan purpose sampling yaitu sebanyak 61 ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilannya ke Puskesmas Purwojati. Instrumen penelitian yaitu data rekam medis dan buku KIA. Dari analisis data didapatkan hasil ibu hamil mayoritas berada pada golongan usia subur (18-40 tahun) sebanyak 56 (91,8%), Memiliki status pekerja sebanyak 31 (50,8%) dan tergolong dalam paritas multipara sebanyak 39 (63,9%). Sebagian besar ibu hamil tidak patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe sebanyak 34 (44,3%). Terdapat hubungan karakteristik ibu meliputi umur (p=0,017), paritas (p=0,000),pekerjaan (p=0,000) dan terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan ibu yaitu (p=0,000). Dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik ibu dan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Purwojati tahun 2023.
