Abstract

Politics cannot be separated from religion. The combination between them have uttered the political religious thoughts in order to create a harmonious and peaceful life in the nation. Religious beliefs can impact laws in common, such as the thought of sodomy and incest is a sin, so it become illegal in national laws. While religion gives legitimacy to the government to act. Religion is deeply embedded in the lives of people in industrial societies and non-industrial, so its presence may not be felt in the political sphere. But it is considered or not, religion has a role to form a political power. In Islam, Medina Charter contained aspects of life either it comes to diversity as well as a matter of policy set to pluralistic society, cannot be regarded as a statement of the establishment of the Islamic State. Yet, in this contemporary era, the teachings of Islam were able implied in issues of national state and life of the community.

Abstract

This paper is a study in mapping out more about the process of formation of the Muslim community in Indonesia. History is a reconstruct of the past. It seems as if the past was to be away from the present. Is it true that this view. We borrow the Kuntowijoyo’s words: “Historians are like people take who takes the train to look back, and he can freely turn to the right and to the left, which can not be done is to look ahead”. History is a valuable clue, a picture of the past that can be used as guidelines in stride, present and future. The Indonesian Islam history has significance for this nation generation. Because it has its own characteristics compared to the history of Islam in other countries. It can give the feel of the real Islam in Indonesia. The Indonesian Islam is an Islamic hue promising future in the era of globalization. Thus, Indonesian Islam will be in focus in the eyes of the world. In this description, the writer describes the entry and the development of Islam in Indonesia with discussion; process and the introduction of Islam to Indonesia, acceptance by indigenous and institutionalization of Islam in society. Then, point the establishment of Islam in Indonesia, as well as the transformation of Indonesia society

Abstract

In the uniqueness and the various of creating of human covered by Allah The almighty, we can take a study about the relationship between the Quran exegesis and the creating of human, then it reveals the differences of quality between one social community and the others according to their group. Islam with Quran argumentation only sees and values of people based on their piety to The God, Allah, not from the body shape, colour of skin, superiority of certain nation, the language, culture and custom, and other social regulation.
