Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk hayati lokal pada tanaman padi sangat urgen untuk diteliti karena penggunaan pupuk hayati tersebut mempunyai tujuan agar penggunaan pupuk kimia yang selama ini digunakan secara berangsur-angsur dikurangi dan diganti oleh pupuk hayati dengan catatan produksi/hasil panen padi tetap atau malahan bisa lebih baik. Maksud dari kajian ini adalah : Untuk membuktikan efektivitas pupuk hayati lokal dalam memperbaiki pertumbuhan tanaman padi dan meningkatkan hasil di sentra produksi padi di Kabupaten Badung, serta untuk mengurangi penggunaan pupuk kimia sintetis dalam budidaya tanaman padi di Kabupaten Badung.Hasil percobaan dan kajian yang telah dilakukan,  dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : (i) perlakuan kombinasi pupuk hayati dengan pupuk sintetis berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap variabel pertumbuhan tanaman dan hasil tanaman padi; (ii) penambahan pupuk hayati pada pertanaman padi sistem pertanian konvensional mampu meningkatkan hasil gabah kering panen sebesar 0,67% sampai 4,4%; dan (iii) hasil gabah kering panen tertinggi diperoleh pada penambahan pupuk hayati dan 50% pupuk sintetis spesifik lokasi. Dari hasil percobaan serta kajian di atas maka dapat direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan pupuk hayati 20 lt/ha dengan mengurangi pupuk kimia sintetis 50%.Kata Kunci: Pupuk hayati lokal, pupuk kimia sintetis, tanaman padi, gabah kering

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze the implementation of GMP, SSOP, and HACCP. The method used in this research was a descriptive research method, to understand the implementation of GMP, SSOP, HACCP in the handling of frozen yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) at UD Damena. Data collection techniques used in the research were observation, interviews, participation, and documentation. Based on the research results, it was found that UD Damena had met the basic requirements in the form of GMP and SSOP in accordance with Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation Number 17 of 2019. UD Damena also implemented the five steps and seven principles of HACCP well in accordance with SNI 01-4852-1998 as a form of consumer protection in consuming fishery products, so that export activities ran effectively and efficiently without any cases of product rejection in the destination countries. The implementation of GMP and SSOP systems at UD Damena had been carried out well and optimally. The implementation of HACCP in UD Damena had been applied well, by coordinating with the HACCP team.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to improve the knowledge, skills and attitudes of cultivators, especially lobster cultivators. Training and counseling is carried out directly in the field, with material first provided, practice carried out, and the discussion concluded. The venue for the event was Ekas Buana Village in Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The first step in making fermented feed is to determine the feed formulation, weigh the feed, and then mix the starting feed with the smallest amount of feed ingredients. Followed by fermentation and steaming of the feed. The feed produced from this fermentation can be used to feed lobsters, especially in musism where trash feed and squid or natural feed are difficult to find

Abstract

Community Service activities are carried out in Wanagiri Village, Sukasada, Buleleng which has abundant water sources but has not been utilized optimally, especially for the Fisheries sector. Fish Group activities are weakening due to lack of motivation and the location for Fisheries Activities is very difficult to reach. The purpose of this community service is to provide solutions to the Merta Lestari Fish Group (Partners) to actively re-cultivate tilapia with the Biofloc system, providing Training on Tarpaulin Pond Making. The method used is by means of Interview, Counseling, Face-to-face, and Direct Practice. With this method, it is hoped that Partners will get knowledge and solutions to the problems faced. Activities are carried out in stages, the First Stage, the Team Provides Counseling, the Second Stage, the Team provides direct practice on making Tarpaulin Pools, conducting evaluations so that Partners really understand, and after that carrying out Coaching. The output targets to be achieved in this activity are publishing the results of activities in international journals, publishing in print/electronic media, making 4-minute activity videos, and obtaining IPR Certificates.
