Abstract

In its development, changes in building functions often occur so as to require flexible bending of building functions, ways are needed to provide reinforcement or repairs to hollow beams. One method in strengthening or repairing hollow beams is the grouting method. Grouting using geopolymer material has the advantage of great strength and faster setting time. These geopolymer properties are very suitable for grouting methods that require fast setting times and small shrinkage. In this study the test uses a beam measuring 100 X 20 X 15 cm with 10 M NaOH molarity Comparison of the activator, as well as the location and number of holes, 2 points in the bending area to determine the flexural strength and condition of the concrete after reinforcement (grouting). Where in this study used 9 pieces of reinforced concrete beams (3 normal beams, 3 porous beams, 3 reinforced beams). Normal beams have an average bending capacity of 149.777 kg / cm2, while hollow beams have an average bending capacity of 118.36 kg / cm2, and repaired / grouting beams have an average bending capacity of 139.022 kg / cm2. There is a difference in the average flexural capacity in normal beams of 149.777 kg / cm2 in hollow beams of 118.36 kg / cm2, which has a difference of 31.41 kg / cm2 (20.97%). There is a difference in the average flexural capacity in the grouting beam of 139.022 kg / cm2 in the hollow beam of 118.36 kg / cm2, which has a difference of 20.66 kg / cm2 (14.86%). In a statistical analysis with a significance of 0.05 there was no significant difference in flexural strength in reinforced concrete grouting blocks 131.11 kg / cm2 against normal beams, 149.77 kg / cm2 had a difference of 10.755 kg / cm2 in a percentage of 7.19%.

Abstract

Writing scientific papers is one of the most significant things a teacher can do, especially if they want to advance to functional positions. However, producing scientific papers is a barrier for many teachers, leading to teachers engaging in dishonest behavior while writing scientific papers. The goal of this service is to organize socialization, training, and mentorship for SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo instructors on the importance of ethical issues and codes of ethics in scientific paper writing. This service's implementation is divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. As a result of this activity, socialization, training, and support in scientific writing with three primary resources, namely plagiarism, paraphrasing approaches, and reference managers, have been implemented. The post-test questionnaire score increased by 42.67% for the plagiarism indicator, 43.18% for the paraphrasing technique indicator, and 47.74% for the reference manager indicator, indicating an increase in SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo teachers' knowledge and understanding of literacy violations, ethics, and the code of ethics in writing scientific papers.

Abstract

Abstract: Competition for transportation modes such as ojol causes a lack of interest in passengers using angkot. Some of the other impacts caused by Covid-19 on city transportation, namely, a decrease in the number of passengers from 15 people in normal conditions to only around 3-4 people in the Covid-19 pandemic in one trip During the Covid-19 pandemic many angkot stopped operating because it was very hard to get passengers. So not infrequently some angkot finally turn back to the departure terminal and end up returning home from work at noon. The method used is by distributing questionnaires to drivers and users of angkot suits for characteristics and for the level of service, where for the level of service followed by data processing using the IPA method with a Likert scale. For operational performance, static and dynamic field surveys are carried out. Based on the results of the research, the results of the operational performance of LDH/G public transportation are between 2-11 minutes in the good category, the travel time is 51 minutes in the good category, and the circulation time is 1 hour 28 minutes in the good category. As for the level of service that needs to be improved, namely the convenience aspect in the form of the availability of trash bins, the health protocol aspect of having a cross (X) on the seat and the availability of trash bins. For the level of service that needs to be maintained, namely the security aspect in the form of vehicle identity and the presence of lights, the safety aspect in the form of vehicle feasibility, the comfort aspect of passenger capacity and the presence of windows, the affordability aspect in the form of route suitability, the suitability of the tariff paid, and the health protocol aspect in the form of service user obligations. wearing a maskKeywords: public transportation, operational performance and service level
