Abstract

This study aims to find out that Financial Performance in a company that provides Digital Bank services can be influenced by consumer perceptions represented through the variables of Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. The data were collected using a survey aimed at users of Digital Bank services in Indonesia which was then tested statistically by analysis of the Outer Model and the Inner Model using Partial Least Square (PLS). Unlike other studies, this study used NPS (Net Promoter Score) as an indicator of Financial Performance Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. The results of the study showed that Customer Experience, Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction had a positive effect on Financial Performance, Customer Experience had a positive effect on Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction. This study also found that Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction mediate the influence of Financial Experience on Financial Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the factors that affect intellectual capital in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2021. The number of companies as the research sample was 34 manufacturing companies which were selected through purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. Intellectual capital is measured by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) taking into account VACA, VAHU, STVA. Panel data were processed using Eviews 12.0. Classical assumption testing includes multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Model selection is done by testing Chow, Hausman and Lagrange Multiplier. While the hypothesis test using the t test and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis show that the audit committee frequency of meetings has a negative and insignificant effect on intellectual capital, Profitability as proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital, and Foreign ownership has a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital,

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the empirical scientific evidence of the effect of inflation, liquidity, and capital structure on financial performance of consumer goods sector of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period from 2016 to 2020. Financial performance is measured using ROE, while inflation is proxied by Indonesia’s annual inflation rate, liquidity is proxied by CR, and capital structure is proxied by DER. A total of 40 consumer goods companies were sampled in this research. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and resulted in a total of 200 observations. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression using EViews 12 software. The results showed that inflation had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, liquidity had a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance, and capital structure had a positive and significant influence on financial performance of consumer goods companies listed on IDX.

Abstract

Research aims to find “empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, dividend policy, and company value on stock price of companies registered in the PEFINDO25 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population are 66 companies in the PEFINDO25 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 to 2020. The sample in this study are selected using purposive sampling there were 13 companies that met the criteria with 52 observational data. This research used secondary data extracted from official documentation from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data analysis was carried out with panel regression model using software E-Views 9. The finding of this study indicate that profitability, dividend policy, and company affect positive and significant on stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate verifiable data regarding the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, tax avoidance, and investment opportunity set on the firm value of the agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 until 2020 period. This study is descriptive research using quantitative data and purposive sampling is used to limit the research object to specific criteria. The research sample included 24 companies with 96 observational data. The panel data regression model will be used for the data analysis, which will be processed with the E-views 9.0 software. The results show that the variables of profitability and tax avoidance have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, while liquidity, leverage, and investment opportunity set have a positive and significant effect on firm value.
