Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian pengaruh exercise terhadap kualitas spermatozoa pada sapi simmental dilaksanakan di Laboratorium UPTD Inseminasi Buatan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh exercise terhadap kualitas spermatozoa sapi simmental. Penelitian ini mengunakan tiga ekor sapi jantan yang berumur 2-3 tahun. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. P0: spermatozoa ditampung tanpa exercise. P1: spermatozoa ditampung dengan exercise 5 menit. P2: spermatozoa ditampung dengan exercise 10 menit. P3: spermatozoa ditampung dengan exercise 15 menit yang dilakukan sebelum penampungan. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini meliputi gerak massa, gerak individu, konsentrasi, viabilitas (persentase hidup – mati). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemeriksaan adalah volume semen rata-rata 4,2 ml dengan rataan 2,5 – 7,5, warna putih susu dan krem, pH 7 konsistensi sedang-kental. Rataan gerak massa 2,35 ± 0,25. Gerak individu 2,00 ± 0,00, konsentrasi 1.946 ± 179,20, viabilitas 77,11 ± 3,14 dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan exercise tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kualitas spermatozoa sapi simmental. Kata kunci: exercise, spermatozoa, sapi simmental. ABSTRACT The study of the effect of exercise on the quality of spermatozoa in simmental cattle was carried out in the UPTD Laboratory of Artificial Insemination of the Food and Animal Husbandry Service of North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence exercise has on the quality of simmental cow spermatozoa. This study used three bulls aged 2-3 years. The data analysis used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. P0: spermatozoa are collected without exercise. P1: The spermatozoa is accommodated by a 5-minute exercise. P2: spermatozoa are accommodated by a 10-minute exercise. P3: Spermatozoa are collected by a 15-minute exercise carried out before the shelter. The parameters observed in this study included mass motion, individual motion, concentration, viability (percentage of life - death). The results showed that the examination was an average cement volume of 4.2 ml with an average of 2.5 - 7.5, milky white and creamy, pH 7 medium-thick consistency. Average mass motion 2.35 ± 0.25. Individual movements of 2.00 ± 0.00, concentration of 1.946 ± 179.20, viability of 77.11 ± 3.14 can be concluded that exercise treatment did not significantly affect the quality of simmental cow spermatozoa. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tepung daun sirsak (annona moricata l) sebagai feed additive terhadap performance ayam joper dilaksanakan di Jalan Amal Desa Tanjung Anom, Kecamatan Pancur Batu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu P0 = (Kontrol), P1 = pakan komersil + tepung daun sirsak 50 gram per kilogram pakan, P2 = pakan komersil + tepung daun sirsak 100 gram per kilogram pakan, P3 = pakan komersil + tepung daun sirsak 150 gram per kilogram pakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung daun sirsak tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahan bobot badan (P>0.05) pakan kontrol (P0) dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 13,59 (gr/ekor/hari) kemudian konsumsi pakan (P>0.05) P0 dengan nilai terendah sebesar 38,89 (gr/ekor/hari), dan konversi pakan (P>0.05) terendah pakan kontrol (P0) sebesar 2,89. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of giving soursop leaf flour (annona moricata l) as a feed additive to the performance of hens. It was carried out at Jalan Amal Desa Tanjung Anom, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments given were P0 = (Control), P1 = commercial feed + 50 grams of soursop leaf flour per kilogram of feed, P2 = commercial feed + 100 grams of soursop leaf flour per kilogram of feed, P3 = commercial feed + 150 grams of soursop leaf flour per kilogram feed. The results of this study indicate that the provision of soursop leaf flour has no significant effect on body weight gain (P> 0.05) control feed (P0) with the highest value of 13.59 (gr / head / day) then feed consumption (P>0.05) P0 with The lowest value was 38,89 (gr / head / day), and the lowest feed conversion (P> 0.05) was control feed (P0) was 2.89. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efektivitas Penggunaan Probio GAP 1 dalam ransum terhadap performans ayam broiler serta mengevaluasi penggunaan probiotik yang paling sesuai pada ransum yang paling tepat untuk menghasilkan performance yang baik berdasarkan perlakuan dan ulangan yang dilakukan. Analisis karakteristik performance ayam broiler dilakukan di Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) bulan yaitu Januari sampai dengan Februari 2023. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah P0 (ransum 100%), P1 (10 ml untuk 1 kg ransum), P2 (15 ml untuk 1 kg ransum), P3 (20 ml untuk 1 kg ransum). Data dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dengan parameter konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi ransum. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara sidik ragam dari RAL yang menunjukkan bahwa pemberian probiotik GAP 1 berpengaruh nyata terhadap konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan (PBB) dan konversi ransum (P<0,05) dengan menggunakan pakan perlakuan P3 (20 ml untuk 1 kg ransum). Kata Kunci: Broiler,Performa,Probiotik. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the use of Probio GAP 1 in rations on the performance of broiler chickens and evaluate the use of the most suitable probiotics in the most appropriate ration to produce good performance based on the treatment and tests carried out. Analysis of broiler chicken performance characteristics was carried out in Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi. The research was carried out for 1 (one) month, namely January to February 2023. The method used in this study is an experimental methode. The design used in this study was a non- factorial Complete Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 3 treatments and 5 tests. The treatment used is as follows P0 (ration 100%), P1 (10 ml for 1 kg ration), P2 (15 ml for 1 kg ration), P3 (20 ml for 1 kg ration). The data were analyzed by fingerprinting with the parameters of ration consumption, body weight gain, ration conversion. The data obtained were analyzed in a fingerprint from RAL which showed that the administration of GAP 1 probiotics had a significant effect on feed consumption, body weight gain (PBB) and ration conversion (P<0.05) using P3 treated feed (20 ml for 1 kg of ration).
