Abstract

Usaha budidaya ikan telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat dalam bentuk penyerapan tenaga kerja atau mengurangi pengangguran, meningkatkan pendapatan petani pembudidaya ikan maupun pelaku usaha yang terlibat secara tidak langsung seperti pedagang pengentas ikan, usaha pemancingan, rumah khas ikan, usaha pasokan pupuk kandang (peternak), dan pupuk buatan (penyedia sarana produksi perikanan), pengangkutan serta para penyedia jasa lainnya yang dengan adanya usaha budidaya ikan. Disamping itu, usaha budidaya ini juga berdampak positif terhadap kehidupan sosial masyarakat serta berkontribusi positif terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) bagi pemerintah daerah setempat. Salah satu komoditas dengan penggunaan media kolam adalah komoditas lele dumbo (Anonim, 2013). Perkembangan usaha budidaya ikan lele semakin meningkat setelah masuknya jenis lele dumbo (Clarias sp.) ke Indonesia (Khairuman dan Amri, 2002). Faktor yang menjadi pesatnya perkembangan budidaya lele dumbo karena dalam proses produksinya lebih banyak memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada dan menggunakan komponen lokal yang cukup besar, sementara hasil usaha budidaya Lele sangat berpotensi besar terhadap pasar domestik (Tajerin, 2008).Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk menambah wawasan, pengetahuan dan strategi pengembangan khususnya bagi para petani ikan lele di Kecamatan Maaospati.  Sebagai bahan masukan dan informasi yang terkait dengan kebijakan pengembangan usaha kecil berbasis perikanan dengan komoditi unggulan ikan lele. Pengembangan referensi dan ilmu pengetahuan bagi dunia pendidikan, khususnya bidang manajemen dan kewirausahaan. Sebagai bahan acuan bagi para peneliti sejenis dalam usaha pengembangan lebih lanjut

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia since 2019 has been a difficult time for most people. The impact of the pandemic is affecting all sectors. The pandemic also affects the economy. The economic slowdown was felt in almost all economic sectors, especially starting from the second quarter of 2019. Therefore, it was deemed necessary to look at the financial performance of LKK Patihan both during the pandemic and during the pre-pandemic period. Data was obtained from Patihan LKK in the form of financial statements of December 31, 2018, 2019, and 2020. The data were analyzed using the Liquidity Ratio, Activity Ratio, Profitability Ratio, and Solvency Ratio. Based on the four ratio analysis, it was known that during the pandemic, Patihan LKK's financial performance did not experience a significant decline. During the pandemic, LKK Patihan's liquidity ratio increased. The activity ratio was known to increase in 2019 and decrease in 2020. From the profitability ratio, it was known that the percentage of profit generated from total assets was decreasing. The percentage of profit generated from total capital was decreasing, while the solvency ratio was increasing. It is expected that the profitability ratio can be increased by converting uncollectible receivables into cash. With sufficient cash, it is possible for LKK Patihan to turn cash and generate profits.

Abstract

The tube ice machine that has been designed by the Madiun Madiun State Polytechnic. Its  hopes to turn this program into a business incubator that can be maximized by the Madiun State Polytechnic Academic Community. In order for the implementation of the ice tube machine business to run well, it is necessary to carry out a financial analysis of the ice tube machine business at Madiun State Polytechnic. The method used in this research is qualitative data analysis conducted to determine the characteristics of the tofu company which is presented in non-financial aspects in the form of descriptive descriptions, tables, charts, or pictures to facilitate understanding. Quantitative data is used to determine the company's financial condition, such as NPV, IRR, Payback Period (PP), Net B/C Ratio, BEP, ROI. This quantitative analysis is presented in the form of a tabulation that groups and classifies the data in order to facilitate data analysis. Data processing is done with the help of calculators and Microsoft Excel computer programs. From the financial aspect, they are: (1) Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 268,140,450 where the nominal is positive and feasible to run. (2) Internal Rate of Return (IRR) which is at a number where the value is greater than the discount factor, namely 100.76% > 10% DF, means it is feasible to run; (3) Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) of 2.87 or more than one (> 1), and is feasible to run; (4) Payback Period (PP) which is within 1 year and 3 months

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser Variables on Brand Image (Study on Skintific Product Users in Madiun City). The population in this study were all consumers of Skintific products in Madiun City. The research sample is part of the consumers of Skintific products in Madiun City, totaling 100 people. Data was obtained using a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling and simple random sampling methods. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The result obtained is that the existence of Celebrity Endorsers will build or maintain Brand Image to customers. So the better a public figure in becoming a telada, the higher the Brand Image in the eyes of customers.
