Abstract

Databases or we often spell data base is a collection of records of various parts of knowledge. The database studies information science, a database has a very structured explanation that is stored neatly. The task of the activity this time, the maker is working with an entrepreneurial place with the name BakerOld which is in Ciledug Tangerang, this time the author is contributing to an entrepreneur place that has problems with supplying stock in its warehouse. The author conducts a data analysis and makes a prototype of the supply of goods in and out, which is intended to make it easier to manage the course of production. Application projects can be used by a company that is assisted by hardware and software in internal and external connections. Very different applications have different system requirements and a program can be used and run to copy data when not connected to the internet and then make changes to the new database when connected to the internet. By using MySQL which can provide a private simulation of the internet or a network of various PCs even though they are not connected to a network card or switch. With the use of MySQL this will build a database system. The benefit of the database system is that clients and users can share databases from various servers, so that every change in the database will be stored in the database..

Abstract

Upaya memperkenalkan komputer dan penggunaan Microsoft Office di tingkat SMP dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi era digital dan tuntutan teknologi yang semakin berkembang. Dalam hal ini, tim pengabdi melakukan kegiatan di SMP YPI Darussalam Ciputat. Metode pelaksanaannya berupa presentasi, diskusi, dan pelatihan bagi siswa/siswi khususnya untuk pengenalan komponen dasar komputer, perangkat lunak, dan cara menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office seperti Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan siswa/siswi dalam menggunakan komputer dan Microsoft Office untuk keperluan akademik dan produktivitas

Abstract

Pengelolaan kehadiran di Nuraenis Konveksi masih bergantung pada pencatatan manual sehingga proses rekap, pengecekan kehadiran, dan pengawasan lokasi karyawan belum berjalan optimal. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi presensi berbasis Android yang memanfaatkan Global Positioning System (GPS) sebagai mekanisme pemeriksaan posisi ketika karyawan melakukan presensi. Penyusunan sistem dilakukan melalui observasi aktivitas presensi, wawancara dengan pihak mitra, telaah pustaka, identifikasi kebutuhan, pemodelan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), penyusunan basis data, pembuatan rancangan antarmuka, dan pengujian fungsi utama. Rancangan aplikasi memuat autentikasi pengguna, presensi masuk dan pulang, validasi koordinat GPS, dukungan QR Code, riwayat presensi, pengajuan izin, notifikasi, dashboard admin, serta rekapitulasi laporan. Hasil rancangan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat menjadi dasar digitalisasi presensi karena data kehadiran lebih mudah dicatat, lokasi presensi dapat diperiksa, dan laporan dapat disusun secara lebih tertata dibandingkan penggunaan buku presensi.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has transformed educational processes and digital interaction in society. Computer networking knowledge, particularly Local Area Network (LAN), is an important foundation for understanding internet infrastructure. However, junior high school students often have limited technical knowledge regarding network systems. This community service activity aimed to introduce basic computer networking concepts through LAN testing implementation at SMPI Hidayatul Athfal. The methods used included theoretical explanation, practical cable making, LAN simulation, and network connectivity testing. Evaluation was carried out through observation and learning assessment. The results showed improved student understanding regarding network components, internet connectivity, and practical networking skills. This activity contributes to improving digital literacy and supports schools in implementing practical technology-based learning.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based information system for ordering laundry services at One Laundry. Currently, order recording, transaction processing, and report preparation are still carried out manually, so data are often duplicated, lost, or difficult to trace when customers ask about the status of their laundry. These conditions reduce service quality and make it difficult for the owner to monitor business performance. The proposed system is designed to digitalize the order flow starting from customer registration, order input, calculation of service costs, payment recording, until printing transaction reports. The system was developed using the waterfall model, with stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the owner and employees, documentation of existing forms, and literature study on similar systems. The application was built using PHP and MySQL with a responsive web interface so it can be accessed via desktop or mobile browser. System testing used black-box testing on each main function and limited user acceptance testing for One Laundry’s owner and staff. The developed system provides features for managing customer data, service packages, orders, order status, payments, and reports. Testing results show that the system can run according to functional requirements and makes it easier for the owner to manage transaction data and monitor daily income. Therefore, the web-based laundry ordering information system can be used as a solution to improve the efficiency and accuracy of service at One Laundry.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work stress on employees' intention to leave (turnover intention) at PT Publisher Pustaka Mulia Sejahtera, East Jakarta. This research sample involves permanent employees. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, while data analysis uses multiple linear regression. According to Handoko (in Sutrisno, 2019) argues that job satisfaction is a pleasant or unpleasant emotional state for employees who view their work, according to Ghofur & Irwanto, (2019) where work stress can appear at any time in someone when they feel in a good position that is emphasized in work or instructions given by superiors which can result in decreased performance, according to Lum et al. in Khotimah (2020) turnover intention is an individual's desire and revolves around the current position based on dissatisfaction to influence someone when leaving and finding work outside the company. The results of this research show a t value of 0.264 < t table 2.776 and a significance of 0.736 > 0.01 so that partially there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on Turnover Intention and a correlation coefficient test value of 0.862. And the results of this research show a positive and significant influence between the Job Stress variable on Turnover Intention. Based on the table, t count is 0.264 < t table 2.776 and is significant 0.793 < 0.01 so that partially there is a positive and significant influence of work stress on Turnover Intention.  The F test result is 82.744 and the significant value is 0.000. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Turnover Intention, as evidenced by the Fcount value of 82.744 > Ftable 2.76 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.01. So the decision H0 can be drawn. rejected Ha accepted. And the results of the Coefficient of Determination test are 0.744 or 74.4%, so it can be concluded that the variables of job satisfaction and work stress on Turnover Intention have an effect of 74.4%, the remaining 25.6% is influenced by other factors outside this research.
