Abstract

With the development of digital technology, the way people interact, work, and create has changed. Because of the ability to convey messages visually effectively, graphic design is one of the essential skills in the digital era. Unfortunately, not all groups of people understand or have access to this skill. The purpose of this community service event is to introduce the basics of graphic design and how to use it in the digital era to the general public, especially young people at Taman Baca Perigi, Depok. A hands-on, interactive, and participatory training approach was used to carry out the activity on May 4, 2025. Some of the materials taught included design concepts and basics, an introduction to web-based design tools such as Canva, and a simple content design practice session. The results of the activity showed that participants better understood the concept of graphic design and were better able to use their own design applications. In addition, participants realized how important design is to support education, campaigns, and digital communication. This training also encouraged participants' interest in the world of visual design. It is hoped that this activity will improve the visual literacy of the community and provide opportunities for designers to utilize their abilities to face digital challenges in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh efikasi diri dan kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Elha Indonesia di Tangerang Selatan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 52 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Efikasi Diri secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 28,306 + 0,268 (X1). Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,748 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 56% artinya produktivitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi efikasi diri sebesar 56%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (6,437 > 2,009) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikan < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Kerjasam Tim secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 23.221 + 0,404(X2). Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,748 artinya memiliki hubungan kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 20,2%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3.278 > 2,009) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,50). Hasil penelitian efikasi diri dan kerjasama tim secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 17.870 + 0,193 (X1) + 0,360 (X2), nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,748 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,2%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis uji f diperoleh nilai fhitung > ftabel (31.176 > 3,19) dan diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000<0,05). Hal ini terbukti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.
