Abstract

Assistance activities were carried out at the Al-Mizan Mosque which is located in Rawamangun Village, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta City. Until now, the Al-Mizan Mosque has not been equipped with a minaret in which there is a complete sound system. There is already a sound system room but only in the form of a room on the 2nd floor, to be precise, above the ablution room. This condition causes the sound range of the call to prayer from the Al-Mizan Mosque to be less than optimal. The sound system room which is equipped with loudspeakers is currently only 7.2 meters high from the floor of the mosque. Even though many residential buildings around the Al-Mizan Mosque are higher than the loudspeaker point. To overcome this problem, the management of the Al-Mizan Mosque wants to build a Minaret. Based on these conditions, the Architecture Study Program at Budi Luhur University held Community Service activities to design and make plans to As-Built Drawings for the Minaret of the Al-Mizan Mosque, using knowledge from the fields of architecture and economics to control the use of renovation funds. The design of the minaret of the Al-Mizan Mosque was adjusted to input from the mosque manager and adapted to architectural standards, while the as built drawing of the mosque's minaret was adjusted to what was built in the field. The purpose of adding the minaret to the mosque is for the mosque to have a minaret as a good loudspeaker with a wider range than before and supported by an adequate sound system, thereby providing added value to the congregation of the mosque.

Abstract

AbstrakJembatan penghubung di Desa Gintung awalnya ditujukan hanya untuk pejalan kaki dan kendaraan roda dua. Jembatan yang dapat diakses oleh kendaraan yang lebih besar berada pada area yang jaraknya sekitar 3.5 km dari lokasi jembatan ini. Perangkat desa dan warga bermaksud meningkatan fungsi jembatan agar dapat dilalui oleh kendaraan yang lebih besar. Kendaraan yang dimaksud adalah pengangkut hasil panen, seperti pick-up dan minibus milik warga. Oleh karena itu bermitra dengan Tim Pengabdian pada Masyarakat Universitas Budi Luhur bermaskud menyelesaikan permasalahan peningkatan jembatan. Peningkatan jembatan diawali dengan membuat Gambar Jembatan yang dilengkapi perhitungan struktur dan dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu perangkat desa dan warga untuk dapat menerima bantuan berupa anggaran peningkatan jembatan yang disediakan oleh pemerintah setempat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diawali dengan survey pengumpulan data eksisting. Dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan dan perancangan jembatan dilengkapi dengan perhitungan struktur serta penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya. Hasilnya lalu dipresentasikan pada perangkat desa dan warga. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 15 peserta, yang meliputi: 5 orang warga sipil desa Gintung dan 10 orang dari panita peningkatan jembatan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat diajukan sebagai persyaratan pengajuan pendanaan peningkatan jembatan. Kata kunci: permukiman; jembatan; perhitungan struktur; RAB. Abstract The bridge in Gintung Village was originally intended only for pedestrians and two-wheeled vehicles. The bridge that can be accessed by larger vehicles is in an area approximately 3.5 km from the location of this bridge. The village officials and the residents intend to improve the function of the bridge so that it can be passed by larger vehicles. The vehicles in question are those transporting harvests, such as pick-ups and minibuses owned by residents. Therefore, partnering with the Budi Luhur University Community Service Team aims to solve the problem of improving the bridge. Bridge improvements begin with creating a bridge drawing complete with structural calculations and then creating the budget plan. The aim of this activity is to help the village officials and the residents receive the bridge improvement budget provided by the local government. Implementation of this activity begins with collecting the existing data. And the continued with planning and designing the bridge, completed with structural calculations and included bill of quantity. Those results are then presented to the village officials and the residents. This activity involved 15 participants, including: 5 civilians from Gintung village and 10 people from the bridge improvement committee. The result hoped can be submitted as requirements for funding applications for the bridge improvements. Keywords: settlements; bridges; structural calculations; cost budget plan
