Abstract

Prioritas pembangunan di Kampung Rama Gunawan pada tahun 2022 adalah perbaikan jalan desa, meningkatkan kegiatan UMKM dan Sanitasi Lingkungan terutama pada penyediaan Sarana Saluran Pembungan Limbah Cair (SPAL). Saat ini Di Kampung Rama Gunawan sudah berhasil melaksanakan pilar pertama STBM yaitu bebas buang air besar sembarang, yang diberikan pengakuan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Analisis situasi diatas yang menjadi dasar kegiatan pembangunan SPAL rumah tangga di Kampung Rama Gunawan agar pilar pembuangan air limbah Sanitasi Total Berbais Masyrakat  (STBM) dapat direalisasikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat skema PPDM Poltekkes Tanjungkarang di Kampung Rama Gunawan Seputih Raman adalah mensosialisasikan  kepada masyarakat tentang 5 (lima) pilar STBM, dan membangun SPAL Percontohan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan di kampungnya. Metodologi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah sebagai berikut : Persiapan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan sebagai berikut : Sudah terlaksananya kegiatan sosialisasi Sosialisasi tentang 5 Pilar STBM dan Mengelola Makanan Aman Bagi Rumah Tangga dan  sudah dilaksanakan Pembangunan (Sarana Pembuangan Air Limbah) SPAL sebanyak 9 unit.

Abstract

Posyandu is the spearhead in the Village in its position as a Village Community Institution (LKD). Its activities are expanded to include Health Services in collaboration with Sub-Puskesmas (Pustu) and Community Health Centers. The program is based on a holistic approach that includes disease prevention, health care, and improved nutrition. This program involves local communities and posyandu cadres in health care efforts, monitoring children's growth and development, and promoting healthy health practices. The situation analysis above is the basis for the formation and training of prime posyandu managers in PujoKerto village. The aim of the community service activities for the Tanjungkarang Health Polytechnic PPDM scheme in Pujo Kerto Village, Trimurjo District is to socialize prime posyandu, sign cooperation and establish prime posyandu, and train cadres of prime posyandu managers. The methodology for community service activities is as follows: Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation. The results of the activities are as follows: The socialization of prime Posyandu has been carried out, cooperation has been established, marked by the signing of cooperation, the formation of a prime posyandu organization, and the provision of training for prime posyandu management cadres.

Abstract

The development priorities in Pujo Kerto village in 2023 are improving village roads, increasing agricultural activities and environmental sanitation, especially the use of cow dung waste. Currently in Pujo Kerto Village, the community has not utilized cow dung waste properly. The situation analysis above is the basis for Biodigester development activities in Pujo Kerto Village. The aim of the community service activities for the Tanjungkarang Ministry of Health's PPDM Health Polytechnic scheme in Pujo Kerto Village: Guiding the Pujo Kerto Village community in constructing Biogas buildings, monitoring biogas construction and the use of biogas for cooking, as well as liquid fertilizer used for watering plants. The methodology for community service activities is as follows: Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation. The results of the activities are as follows: 1) Construction of 1 unit of Cow Dung Biogas building 2) Availability of biogas fuel for cooking for 1 household 3) Availability of Liquid Fertilizer for watering plants.

Abstract

The community service program in Kampung Pujo Kerto faces significant challenges related to the sustainability of the Integrated Posyandu and the problem of stagnant household liquid waste, which has the potential to thwart ongoing initiatives. Departing from the success of the formation of the Posyandu Prima organization and training of cadres at the PPDM Poltekkes Tanjung Karang in 2023, this community service program focuses on the sustainability of integrated Posyandu and innovative solutions for handling liquid waste in order to create a healthy and sustainable environment. The main objective of the PPDM Poltekkes Tanjungkarang activity is to strengthen the integrated Posyandu and build a pilot Wastewater Drainage Channel (SPAL). The methodology used includes the preparation, implementation, and monitoring evaluation stages. The results that have been achieved include improving the skills of integrated Posyandu cadres and the construction of 10 wastewater drainage channels (SPAL), showing concrete steps towards improving environmental health and sanitation in village Pujo Kerto.
