Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara komitmen organisasi, moril kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadao kinerja karyawan. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Bnak Sumut Cabang Utama Medan. Metode Analisis Tiga Prediktor menujukkna hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi, moril kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja (Freg = 2,095 dimana p ˂ 0,050. Adapun sumbangan dari variabel komitmen organisasi memberikan kontribusi 27 % terhadap kinerja kerja. Sementara itu variabel moril kerja berpengaruh atau memiliki peran terhadap kinerja sebesar 24,5 %. Dan motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadao kinerja kerja sebesar 32,2 %. Total sumbangan efektif dari ketiga variabel bebas (komitmen organisasi, moril kerja dan motivasi kerja) terhadap kinerja kerja adalah sebesar 83,7 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of information services through documentary films on social media addiction in Angkasa Lanud Soewondo Junior High School students, the sample in this study were 27 students in class VII A. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods, namely one group pretest-posttest degin, data collection techniques in this study are using observation, documentation and questionnaires totaling 27 items. Based on the results of the Paired Sample Test hypothesis using SPSS 25.0, the ttable is 2.052, then tcount> ttable (9.315> 2.052). Then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there are differences in social media addiction for the Pre Test and Post Test, so it can also be concluded that "there is an effect of information services through documentary film media on social media addiction in Angkasa Lanud Soewondo Junior High School students", while the amount of influence is 92.16%. Thus Information Services through documentary film media have an influence of 92.16% on social media addiction.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana layanan konseling individual sebagai upaya mereduksi perilaku agresif di SMK PAB 2 Helvetia 2022-2023. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif pada siswa dengan layanan konseling individual. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling, guru mata pelajaran dan siswa SMK PAB 2 Helvetia, objeknya 3 orang siswa yang berperilaku Agresif. Instrumen penelitian ini dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah peneliti melakukan layanan konseling individual sebanyak 3 kali, setelah melakukan layanan konseling individual yang ketiga permasalahan para siswa berperilaku agresif telah tereduksi sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Sehingga, setelah melakukan layanan konseling individual yang dilakukan peneliti di SMK PAB 2 Helvetia membuat para siswa yang berperilaku agresif menjadi lebih baik dan lingkungan sekolah terasa aman.
