Effect of Remedial Teaching Using Curative Approach on Improvement of Student Learning Outcomes at Subject of Al-Qur'an Hadits in MTS Muhammadiyah Waru Baki Sukoharjo Nur Ardiyansyah

Abstract

This study aims to discuss how remedial teaching using curative approach in MTs. Muhammadiyah Waru Baki, Sukoharjo, how the student learning outcomes of Qur'an Hadits subjects in MTs. Muhammadiyah Waru Baki, Sukoharjo, and, whether there is any influence of remedial teaching using the curative approach in improving student learning outcomes of Qur'an Hadits subjects in MTs. Muhammadiyah Waru Baki, Sukoharjo. This research is quantitative. The research conducted by the researcher is also a causal nature of comparative research focused on comparing the free variables of some subjects who received a different influence of the independent variables in order to know the effect of remedial teaching using curative approach in improving the student learning outcomes in Qur'an Hadits subjects in MTs. Muhammadiyah Waru Baki, Sukoharjo, namely to test the hypothesis of data pairs using the formula t-test (sample paired t-test). Based on the mentioned problems above and after analysed, it can be concluded that (1) Implementation of remedial teaching in MTs. Muhammadiyah Waru Sukoharjo Baki is 71.9%, which means “good enough”. (2) The results of the students' learning experience increase 68.46% from the average value of 69.46 into 85.37 with a percentage increase of 23%. (3) From the calculation of normality test and paired sample t-test is resulted that arithmetic t> t table or 19.025 > 2.001 namely reject H0 and received H1, which means there are significant remedial teaching using curative approach to improve the student learning outcomes in Qur'an Hadits subjects in MTs. Abstract

Penggunaan alat pemanen sawit konvensional sering dikeluhkan oleh para pekerja. Hal ini disebabkan penggunaan alat pemanen konvensional yang dioperasikan secara manual akan menimbulkan efek cedera. Efek cedera yang dialami para pekerja membuat produktivitas pekerjaan mengalami penurunan. Sehingga faktor cedera ini dapat membuat produktivitas pekerjaan menurun. Tujuan perancangan dan pembuatan alat ini adalah terciptanya alat pemanen sawit elektrik dengan penggerak motor listrik. Proses menggambar dibuat menggunakan aplikasi inventor professional 2022 dan proses perhitungan dilakukan untuk menghitung kekuatan dan kebutuhan pada alat. Dihasilkan alat pemotong pelepah sawit elektrik dengan bahan stainless steel 304 pada bagian rangka bodi, part utama, poros, pengarah, pengait mata pisau. Pada rangka bodi alat memiliki ukuran 130mm×100mm×150mm. Motor penggerak yang digunakan mototr listrik DC 12 V dan 15A. Kecepatan motor adalah 6000 rpm. Kecepatan pada pulley besar adalah 2000 rpm. Pulley yang terhubung memiliki jumlah gigi sebanyak 20 gigi dan 60 gigi. Panjang langkah engkol adalah 30 mm. Panjang sabuk gilir adalah 250 mm. Hasil proses perhitungan untuk poros motor dan transmisi menunjukan aman. Pada proses pemotongan pelepah pohon umur 4 tahun waktu yang dibutuhkan 20-25 detik sedangkan pohon umur 8 tahun 30-40 detik.

Abstract

Limited land availability is a major obstacle to occupancy in Indonesia. In addition, residential owners who have constraints on physical limitations will have difficulty going up and down stairs by carrying loads.  Based on these problems, the manufacture of a goods elevator with a carried out for a two-story house. The process of making a goods elevator starts from the process of re-design, preparation of materials tools and manufacturing process. Manufacturing processes in the manufacture of elevators include cutting, welding and pouring processes.  Furthermore, the manufacturing process is divided into three parts, namely the manufacture of the main frame, the manufacture of cages and the place of electrical hoist as a drive pulley. The results of the elevator have dimensions of 6 meters in length of 0.8 meters and a width of 0.8 meters, while the cage has a height dimension of 1.5 meters long 0.74 meters and a width of 0.74 meters.  The main frame construction uses the UNP 65×40×4 profile and the L 40×40×2 profile which is connected through part of the SMAW welding process and bolt nut connection. While in the cage using hollow profile baja 30×30×2, UNP 65×35×4 and wire mesh wire.  Tempat electrical hoist uses UNP 85×45×5 profile and L 70×70×5 profile.  The drive system in the elevator uses a 1200 kg PA electrical hoist with a single-phase 1800 watt electric power specification with a voltage of 220 V.
