Chrysanthemum is one of the most popular ornamental plants in the community because it is known to have high aesthetic value. The aim of the study was to obtain nutrients to replace MS media with hydroponic nutrients and obtain the best concentrations for chrysanthemum plant propagation. The research was carried out at the Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tanjungpura, using a completely randomized non-factorial design, namely hydroponic nutrient concentrations with 6 treatment levels and each treatment consisted of 4 replications. Each treatment unit consisted of 6 plant samples, and each bottle contained 1 explant. The intended hydroponic nutrient treatment: v0 = MS, v1 = 500 ppm, v2 = 1000 ppm, v3 = 1500 ppm, v4 = 2000 ppm and v5 = 2500 ppm. Variables observed in the study included the time the first shoots were formed, the number of shoots and the number of leaves. The results of this study indicate that hydroponic nutrients can replace macro and micro nutrients in MS media as the main nutrients in chrysanthemum plant propagation. Hydroponic nutrient concentration of 1500 ppm which is more effective in producing the time of first shoot formation, number of shoots, and number of leaves compared to other concentrations.INTISARIKrisan termasuk satu diantara tanaman bunga hias yang paling diminati masyarakat karena dikenal memiliki nilai estetika yang tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan unsur hara pengganti media MS dengan nutrisi hidroponik dan mendapatkan konsentrasi yang terbaik untuk perbanyakan tanaman krisan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Bioteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura. Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap non faktorial yaitu konsentrasi nutrisi hidroponik dengan 6 taraf perlakuan dan setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 4 ulangan. Setiap unit perlakuan terdiri dari 6 sampel tanaman, dan setiap botol terdapat 1 eksplan. Perlakuan nutrisi hidroponik yang dimaksud : v0 = MS, v1 = 500 ppm, v2 = 1000 ppm, v3 = 1500 ppm, v4 = 2000 ppm dan v5 = 2500 ppm. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian meliputi waktu terbentuknya tunas pertama, jumlah tunas, dan jumlah daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nutrisi hidroponik dapat menggantikan hara makro dan mikro media MS sebagai hara utama dalam perbanyakan tanaman krisan. Konsentrasi nutrisi hidroponik 1500 ppm yang lebih efektif dalam menghasilkan waktu terbentuknya tunas pertama, jumlah tunas, dan jumlah daun dibandingkan konsentrasi lainnya.
