Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to ensure that every woman is able to have a management strategy in managing household finances so that economic prosperity can be achieved in the family. Participants in this activity are given an understanding of the management strategies applied in managing household finances which will result in output from the participants, namely that each participant knows the level of financial needs, is able to make financial plans well in accordance with the flow of the management process, has an effective financial management strategy and practice in preparing routine financial budgets. It is important to carry out this activity because of economic instability and the increasing cost of living nowadays. It is very necessary to educate the public, especially women, in financial literacy to manage household finances well and optimally. This is an open access article under the CC–BY-SA license

Abstract

Human resources are a very important part of a company to grow and excell in its business. The reason for this research to be conducted is becasue only limited research has been to study the influence of work culture, compensation, and work motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance. The researcher used a quantitative research approach. This study used a Slovin sample of 92 people from a population of all employees at PT. Paramount Enterprise International, totaling 1,220 people. The technical analysis of the primary data from questionnaire results includes instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Data processing is performed using the SPSS-22 and the research results indicates that work culture, compensation, and motivation have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work culture, compensation, and motivation also have a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, work culture, compensation, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak aktivitas inovatif dan kreativitas pegawai terhadap kinerja dan pelayanan klien di Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis jalur dengan dua model jalur, yaitu model jalur pertama dan kedua, yang dianalisis melalui regresi dan koefisien determinasi untuk menguji hipotesis. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari pegawai dan klien pemasyarakatan di Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas inovatif dan kreativitas pegawai memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, baik secara individual maupun simultan. Selain itu, aktivitas inovatif dan kreativitas pegawai secara langsung mempengaruhi pelayanan klien pemasyarakatan. Namun, pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kinerja tidak memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pelayanan klien. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun inovasi dan kreativitas pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja dan pelayanan, perbaikan langsung dalam aktivitas dan kreativitas pegawai lebih berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan daripada melalui peningkatan kinerja terlebih dahulu.
