Abstract

Tax has an important role, because it is the main source of state income. In Indonesia, there are various types of taxes, including income tax. The tax intensive, which is in the form of a tax reduction, is expected to increase awareness of paying tax obligations. However, everything has risks including a decrease in income tax on national economic growth. This study aims to analyze the impact of income tax reduction on national economic growth. This research uses descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, it is found that the impact of income tax reduction on national economic growth highlights the complexity of the interaction between taxes, income distribution, work incentives, and production. Reducing income tax in certain sectors through tax incentives has positive potential for economic growth, but its impact must be considered as a whole to achieve sustainable public welfare. Although administrative incentives improve tax compliance, income tax reduction can promote national economic growth.

Abstract

The era of globalization has brought significant changes in the business world. Advances in information technology are one of the main factors that influence the way companies manage business. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the use of information technology and change management contribute to the success of business activities in the era of globalization. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out by literature study obtained from Google Schoolar and Elsevier. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the use of information technology in business activities, namely ecommerce, data analysis for decision making, the use of artificial intelligence (AI), digital marketing and social media, collaboration and digital communication. Meanwhile, the use of change management includes the implementation of new technology, mergers and acquisitions, and flexibility in the organization.
