Abstract

Increasingly competitive competition requires cafe owners to be able to set a strategy, one of the strategies is price perception and consumer satisfaction, so that consumers make their choice of the cafe and trust the cafe to relieve fatigue from daily activities. This study aims to determine how much influence price perceptions and consumer satisfaction have on trust in one of the cafes in the city of Padang. Methods of data collection through surveys and questionnaires distributed as many as 100 respondents. In this study using the analysis tool structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Square (PLS) program which is a component-based approach for testing structural equation models or commonly called SEM the results of data testing using the smartpls program tool. The results of this study show Price Perception positive and significant effect on Trust. Likewise, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on trust ABSTRAK Persaingan yang semakin kompetitif menuntut pemilik kafe untuk bisa menetapkan strategi, salah satu strateginya pada persepsi harga dan kepuasaan konsumen, sehingga para konsumen untuk menetapkan pilihannya kepada kafe tersebut dan mempercayai kafe tersebut unutk melepaskan penat dari aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi harga dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap kepercayaan kepercayaan pada salah satu kafe dikota Padang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survey dan kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program Partial Least Square (PLS) merupakan pendekatan berbasis komponen untuk pengujian model persamaan structural atau biasa disebut SEM hasil pengujian data dengan menggunakan alat bantu program smartpls .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan. Begitu juga kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan.

Abstract

The emergence of sharia investment products in the Indonesian capital market opens up opportunities for Indonesian Muslims to invest. At present, the growth of investors in Islamic stock investment has not developed significantly. Sharia Online Trading System (SOTS) is the first system in the world developed to facilitate sharia investment in conducting stock transactions in accordance with sharia principles. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the intention to invest in sharia shares in Indonesia with attitude as mediation using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory using a questionnaire in data collection. The population in this study comes from data on Islamic stock investors in Indonesia with a total of 382 respondents and the data was analyzed using descriptive SEM-PLS research. The results of the study found that there was an influence perceived ease of use, religiosity, investor attitudes towards investment intentions in sharia shares. Perceived ease of use, religiosity had an effect on attitudes. The perceived usefulness does not show an influence on investor attitudes and there is also no effect of the perceived usefulness on the intention to invest in sharia shares. Variables perceived ease of use and religiosity using attitude as mediation, a positive influence was found, but not with perceived usefulness in attitude as mediation on the intention to invest in sharia stocks.
