Abstract

Era disrupsi yang sarat dengan serba teknologi dan digitalisasi telah mengubah kehidupan manusia, teknologi dan digitalisasi menjadi elemen yang tak terpisahkan dari tren sosial, ekonomi, politik, pendidikan, agama sampai tata aturan nilai hidup. Situasi ini mengancam sikap mental dan karakter setiap elemen masyarakat, menjauhkan nilai dan hubungan silaturahmi yang hakiki dalam pertemuan tatap muka. Merubah mental perjuangan menjadi instan tanpa proses upaya pelik yang membutuhkan usaha yang keras. Kondisi tersebut merupakan ancaman serius bagi keberlangsungan kehidupan umat manusia.Dalam kondisi seperti ini, pendidikan karakter islami menjadi sangat penting perannya dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Karena pendidikan karekter islami mempunyai peran yang sangat strategis dalam menyiapkan generasi yang unggul dan bermoral di era yang penuh dengan tantangan dan keterbukaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data diambil dari berbagai dokumen dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, analisis dokumen dan forum group discussion (FGD). Metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif. Pendidikan karakter adalah pendidikan untuk membentuk kepribadian seseorang melalui pendidikan budi pekerti, yang hasilnya nampak dalam tindakan nyata yaitu tingkah laku yang baik, jujur, bertanggung jawab menghormati orang lain, bekerja keras dan lain sebagainya. Orientasi pendidikan karakter islami ialah karakter atau akhlaq manusia yang berdasarkan kepada Al Quran, hadits Nabi SAW dan akal manusia. Arah dan tujuan pendidikan karakter islami ialah untuk menanamkan nilai moral dan ajaran agama. Pendidikan karakter islami bertujuan untuk membentuk pribadi muslim sepenuhnya, yang mengembangkan seluruh potensi manusia baik jasmaniah, rohaniah, dan menumbuhsuburkan hubungan setiap pribadi dengan Allah, manusia dan alam dengan cara mengembangkan aspek struktural, cultural dan berupaya meningkatkan sumber daya manusia guna mencapai taraf hidup yang layak. Hasil penelitian menyatakan optimalisasi pendidikan karakter islami secara teoritis dapat mengcounter berbagai masalah yang timbul sebagai dampak era disrpsi seperti masalah krisis moral dan akhlak, masalah disorientasi fungsi keluarga, dan masalah penyebaran sekularisasi dan liberalisasi kehidupan.

Abstract

The literacy program at SDN Tambun 04 is a program that aims to familiarize students with reading 15 minutes before learning begins, to improve their linguistic intelligence. Islamic Religious Education lessons are one of the lessons that are integrated with this literacy program. In this research, the writer uses descriptive qualitative research, with the method of observation, interviews and documentation from resource persons, which will be used as data in the preparation of this thesis. The resource persons in this study included the principal of SDN Tambun 04, the teacher council, committee and parents of students as well as the fifth grade students of SDN Tambun 04. The results of the research that the authors get lead to several conclusions, namely: 1) the 15-minute reading habituation program before learning begins can improve students' linguistic intelligence, as evidenced by the ability of students to present their reading results in the development stage either orally or in writing. 2) PAI Learning Implementation Plan incorporates literacy programs into subjects

Abstract

This This study aims to determine the leadership role of school principals in improving teacher performance. The research was conducted at SDIT Annur Cikarang Center, Bekasi Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The subject of this research is the principal of the school. The resource persons were foundations as superiors, deputy principals, and teacher representatives from level 1, level 3 and level 6. The research location was in a private school which is located at Jalan Raya Rabbit block R7 Number 1 Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi Regency. The results of the study show that the role of the school principal is in improving teacher performance through coaching teachers by participating in trainings that are held both internally and externally, the role of the principal is also to supervise through supervision activities to see directly the learning process in class, the role of the principal schools also provide motivation to teachers either verbally or in the form of awards for outstanding teachers, as well as the role of the principal in improving performance through evaluation to measure the level of success and weaknesses of teachers. The conclusions from this study indicate that the principal plays a role in increasing teacher performance. This shows that the principal has carried out his duties and functions properly.

Abstract

رأت الباحثة أن جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية في منطقة بانتين تلعب دورا مهما في الدعوة الإسلامية وكانت دعوتها تتطور تطورا سريعا مع كونها جديدة التأسيس عند مقارنته بالجمعيات الأخرى الموجودة في بانتين كنهضة العلماء ومطلع الأنوار، وتدل على ذلك قدرتها على تأسيس فروعها في جميع المناطق البانتينية في مدة أقل من خمس سنوات، فهذه الظاهرة تجعل الباحثة راغبة في كشف استراتيجية جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين في دهوتها. يستهدف هذه الدراسة الحصول على معرفة استراتيجية دعوة جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بمنطقة بانتين وهي بحث كيفي الذي سار على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. حصلت الباحثة على البيانات من خلال المقابلة مع رئيس جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين وكاتبها وقامت بتحليلها باستخدام أداة التحليل الرباعي. أثبتت هذه الدراسة بأن جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بمنطقة بانتين استخدمت جمعا من الاستراتيجيات الهادفة في أنشطتها الدعوية، منها الاستراتيجية العاطفية بالبحث عن الأوقاف بشكل أراضي ومبان لتأسيس المجالس القيادية (DPD) في جميع المناطق البانتينية وبناء المكاتب والمساجد والمنشآت التعليمية فيها، وإرسال بعض منتسبي الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين ليدرسوا العلوم الشرعية. أما الاستراتيجية العقلية فكانت هذه الجمعية طبقتها بشكل تأسيس أكاديمية تدريب الدعاة لجمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين لبرامج إعداد الدعاة وتأهيلهم فيها وتطبيق استراتيجي SKD (Satu Kader Dua) لتحصل على الكوادر المستهدف عددها. وأما الاستراتيجية الحسّية تتمثل في القيام باتفاق (MoU) جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين مع طرف ثالث من قبل المكاتب الحكومية في الأنشطة الدعوية. جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بمنطقة بانتين استخدمت جمعا من الاستراتيجيات الدعوية الهادفة حتى يتمكن لها التطور بشكل سريع والنجاح في تأسيس فروعها في جميع المناطق البانتينية في مدة قصيرة. يوصى لهذه الجمعية تنفيذ الاستراتيجية التقدمية أو الهجومية (Progressive Strategy) أو النمو (Growth)، مما يعني أن الجمعية في حالة ممتازة وثابتة، بحيث يمكن الاستمرار في التطوير والتوسع والنمو المتزايد لتحقيق أقصى قدر من التقدم.

Abstract

Fasting is the restraint of hunger and thirst that is carried out in every month of Ramadhan by running it from dawn to sunset. Fasting must be carried out with serious intentions for a Muslim servant who obeys Allah ta’ala. In addition to enduring hunger and thirst, fasting also has an impact on not doing things that are prohibited such as committing adultery and can also make fasting makruh by saying harsh words or getting angry. This article uses the literature method by researching and reviewing from many sources. There are so many benefits of fasting, one of which is on human health and studies have recognized that fasting makes humans healthier and fitter. The research states that our stomach needs rest to process the rest of the food. Therefore, fasting becomes one time for the stomach does not work all the time and as well as other organs that need rest to improve the quality of functions for the heart and brain. The results show that fasting can be benefical for human physical health, especially for teenagers.

Abstract

Every individual is born with different physical and psychological characteristics, resulting in various responses to life situations. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and strategies for social adaptation in introverted children, as well as to identify factors that influence the development of personality and emotional-behavioral disorders in children. This study used a literature review method. The results showed that emotions as an individual's subjective response begin to develop in early childhood, with variations in frequency, intensity, and expression of emotions. Conduct disorders (CD) are characterized by consistent, disproportionate maladaptive behavior and impaired social adaptation function, as well as impulsive characteristics and emotional dysregulation. Children with emotional and behavioral disorders can display internalizing (immaturity, social withdrawal) or externalizing (noncompliance, physical/verbal aggression) behavioral patterns. Introverted personality is characterized by a low need for social stimulation and a tendency to ruminate, which causes difficulties in social adaptation. Various approaches to the treatment of emotional disorders in children have been identified, including behavioral, ecological, socio-cognitive, psychoeducational, psychoanalytic, humanistic, and biogenic. The implication of this study is the emphasis on the need for a holistic and integrated intervention approach in the treatment of emotional and behavioral disorders in children, especially in introverted individuals. An integrative model that combines key elements from various approaches, such as behavioral, cognitive, and biogenic. This shows the importance of individualization of treatment plans, family involvement, and close monitoring of outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pandangan masyarakat terhadap kebiasaan abnormal digital yang kian marak di era teknologi, khususnya kecanduan gadget pada anak dan praktik judi online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali pemaknaan masyarakat secara mendalam terhadap dampak, penyebab, serta solusi yang diharapkan atas dua fenomena tersebut dalam konteks kehidupan sosial kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi untuk memahami makna pengalaman subjektif partisipan yang berasal dari berbagai latar belakang sosial, pendidikan, dan ekonomi. Sebanyak 30 partisipan diwawancarai melalui teknik semi-terstruktur guna memperoleh narasi yang reflektif dan otentik. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik dengan tahapan transkripsi, coding terbuka, axial coding, hingga konstruksi tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan gadget pada anak dipahami sebagai akibat dari lemahnya pengawasan orang tua dan rendahnya literasi digital, yang berdampak pada penurunan fungsi sosial, psikologis, dan akademik anak. Sementara itu, judi online dipersepsikan sebagai kebiasaan menyimpang yang mengakibatkan kerugian ekonomi, keretakan keluarga, serta kemunduran moral. Faktor utama yang memicu keduanya adalah akses digital yang tidak terkontrol dan kurangnya edukasi digital berbasis nilai. Sebagai respons, masyarakat menekankan perlunya kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan pemerintah melalui edukasi literasi digital dan regulasi konten daring. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam merumuskan strategi kebijakan sosial dan pendidikan yang lebih adaptif terhadap tantangan era digital

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers at the As-Syifa Al-Khaeriyah Subang Foundation to write quality scientific papers that are worthy of publication. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Unisma Bekasi Graduate School as a form of academic contribution in supporting teacher professionalism through strengthening academic literacy. The method of implementing the activity consisted of a pre-test to measure initial understanding, interactive training that included material on the nature of scientific papers, writing structures, article preparation techniques, and the selection of appropriate journals, and ended with writing practice and a clinic for the revision of participants' works. This activity was held for a full day on April 13, 2025, with a total of 50 teachers participating. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the aspects of knowledge, technical skills, and positive attitude of teachers towards scientific paper writing activities. Post-test evaluation showed an increase in the average comprehension score of participants compared to pre-test. In addition, participants also showed enthusiasm and commitment to developing a writing culture in their respective school environments.

Abstract

This community engagement activity aims to describe the implementation of an exploratory learning method in integrating eco-theological values into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMP Terpadu YPP Jamanis, Pangandaran. The study focuses on lesson planning, exploratory strategies, in- and out-of-class activities, and student involvement in connecting Islamic teachings with environmental issues. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Findings show that teachers designed contextual learning using the surrounding environment as a learning medium, applying strategies such as field observation, case studies, reflective discussions, and mini projects. PAI materials were developed thematically, linking environmental issues with Quranic verses through a contextual hermeneutic approach. Learning activities were dynamic, involving both visual media in the classroom and direct observation outside. Students actively participated and began applying eco-theological values in daily life. This learning model effectively fosters religious awareness and sustainable environmental responsibility.

Abstract

This paper aims to develop interactive learning media based on Quran and Hadith that can be used in learning in Islamic schools. This media is designed to increase students' understanding of religious values through a more engaging and interactive approach. The research method used is the qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the learning media developed is effective in increasing students' understanding of Quran and Hadith material. In addition, students also show improvement in understanding and application of the values taught in the Quran and Hadith. The development of interactive learning media based on Quran and Hadith is an effective solution to improve the quality of religious learning in Islamic schools. This media not only helps students understand religious concepts, but also supports the application of these values in daily life.
