Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai  pada Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 48 responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, Uji F dan Uji t dimaksud untuk mengetahui secara serempak dan secara parsial pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan Uji Simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Sedangkan secara Parsial variabel Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai  Pada Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Nagan Raya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality (X1) and company image (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) using quantitative methods and an associative approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire that had been validated and tested for reliability, with 52 respondents as the research sample. The results of the analysis show that the two independent variables have a significant positive relationship with customer satisfaction, with service quality having a strong correlation (r = 0.699, p < 0.001) and company image showing a very strong correlation (r = 0.827, p < 0.001). The ANOVA test shows a significant F value at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05), with a Sig value. < 0.001, indicating that service quality and company image simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This research emphasizes the importance of managing service quality and company image in increasing customer satisfaction in the sharia banking sector.

Abstract

This scientific paper examines various types of contracts and products in Islamic banking based on the principles of Islamic law. Islamic banks have a mission not only as financial intermediary institutions, but also as drivers of the values ​​of social justice, transparency, and blessings. This study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic contracts such as mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah, wakalah, and product development based on the principles of tabarru' and tijarah. The methods used are literature studies and descriptive analysis of DSN-MUI fatwas, OJK regulations, and empirical practices of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that although the implementation of contracts has referred to Islamic principles, there are still legal challenges, such as dualism of the legal system, disharmony of fatwas, and limited human resources. Therefore, synchronization of regulations and strengthening of Islamic literacy are needed to ensure sustainable Islamic compliance.
