Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the government's role in strengthening budget allocations on sports performance in the Binja City Youth and Sports Department. The type of research is associative quantitative. The population in this study were all employees with ASN and Honorary status at the Binjai City Youth and Sports Service, totaling 90 employees. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sample where all populations were sampled. The data collection technique that was carried out was by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used the PLS Structural Equation Model with the Smart PLS 3.0 Application Program. The results of this study indicate that the budget allocation has no significant effect on sports achievement based on the results of the T-statistic value of 0.909 > 1.96 with a P-Value of 0.366 > 0.05. In the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test, a T-Statistic value of 0.502 > 1.96 was obtained with a P-Value of 0.617 > 0.05, which means that the moderating variable, namely the role of the government, is not able to significantly strengthen the influence of budget allocations on sports achievements at the Youth Service and Binjai City Sports.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the results of the influence of the use of information systems on employee performance with work quality as an intervening variable. With the type of quantitative research used, the location of this research was carried out at the BPJS Employment Medan Raya Branch Office. The research population used was 100 employees and the sample used was the entire population, namely 100 employees. The sample technique used was a saturated sample technique, the data source used was used is primary data. The results of this research are as follows: Work Quality has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.409 and a P value of 0.000. Information Systems have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.571 and a P value of 0.000. Information Systems have a positive and significant effect on Work Quality with an original sample value of 0.869 and a P value of 0.000.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of compensation and work quality on employee performance both directly and through organizational commitment at the BPJS Employment Karo Kabanjahe office. This type of research is associative quantitative. The number in this study was 130 employees and the sample taken was 98 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and the research source was primary data. This research model uses path analysis and the measuring tool for this research uses SEM PLS version 3. The results of this research are that compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of teamwork on employee performance with the work environment as an intervening variable at the South Sumatra BPJS Employment Office, the type of research used is quantitative, this research was conducted at the South Sumatra BPJS Employment Office, the population of this study was 120, research sample This is 92 using the Slovin sampling technique, the way to collect data is using a questionnaire, the data used is primary data, the research model used is PAHT analysis and the research measuring tool uses SAMRT PLS version 3. The results of this research are as follows: Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.385 and a P value of 0.000. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample of 0.544 and ap value of 0.000. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on the Performance Environment with an original sample value of 0.931 and ap value of 0.000. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the work environment with an original sample value of 0.359 and ap value of 0.000.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of the Work Environment and Communication on Organizational Commitment with Teamwork as an intervening variable at the Medan Religious Education and Training Center. This research uses associative quantitative research and primary data sources. This research was conducted at the Medan religious training center, the population in this study was 60 employees and used a saturated sampling technique to calculate the sample. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires, this research model uses analytical tools and the research measuring tool uses smart PLS version 3. The results of this research are as follows: Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with an original sample value of 0.326 and P values 0.041. Communication has a positive and significant effect on Teamwork with an original sample value of 0.227 and a p value of 0.026. Communication has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment with an original sample value of 0.134 and a P value of 0.422. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Teamwork with an original sample value of 0.597 and a p value of 0.000. Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment with an original sample value of 0.254 and a p value of 0.175. Communication has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment through Teamwork with an original sample value of 0.074 and a p value of 0.187. Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment through Teamwork with an original sample value of 0.195 and a p value of 0.053.
