Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) Sungai Niru Unit is a company engaged in agriculture, especially oil palm, rubber, sugarcane and tea which has parts of employee duties, the first is processing, engineering, crafts, operators, laboratories, human resources, general and warehouses. The payroll method at this company has used bank transfers, it's just that, employees have to take payslips to the company. In addition, how to make payslips still uses Mircosoft Office Excel 2010 which has to go through a long process and takes a relatively long time, and also data storage is less secure. The purpose of this study is to build an application using a website to facilitate PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) Sungai Niru Unit in processing employee payroll because it is well computerized and easy to use. The research method uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature studies. This type of data consists of qualitative data as well as data sources consist of perimer and secondary data. The device development method uses the waterfall method. System design tools used are use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This application is built using a website with php programming language and Mysql database, as well as to print reports using pdf components.

Abstract

Public services in several districts have not utilized online information and communication technology. So that the service applicant has to go back and forth to the sub-district which takes a very long time. For this reason, with the development of the modern era, employees should provide good service to the community, such as running community service programs using applications. This research aims to create Community Public Service Application programs and to help people carry out services using Web-based Public Service Administration service applications in South Prabumulih District. This research uses descriptive research type. The type of data taken is quantitative data. Sources of data in this study using primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used in this research is the Water Fall Method, and the System Design Auxiliary Tool.

Abstract

PT. Karya Budi Utama adalah sebuah perusahaan dagang yang menjual bahan bakar minyak (BBM). Alamatnya di Jalan lintas Prabumulih-Muara Enim KM 116, desa Talang Padang kecamatan Belimbing kabupaten Muara Enim. Penyusunan laporan keuangan pada PT. Karya Budi Utama ini sudah memanfaatkan teknologi komputer, tetapi data-data keuangannya masih dicatat manual di buku kemudian dari catatan itu disusun laporan keuangannya menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Sistem yang digunakan ini tidak efisien dan kurang efektif karena lebih banyak membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga dalam prosesnya, lebih rentan mengalami kerusakan dan kehilangan data keuangan yang dicatat secara manual tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan pihak PT. Karya Budi Utama dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dimana sumber-sumber data ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan bantuan aplikasi Visual Studio Code dan menggunakan database MySQL.
