Abstract

Latar belakang: Ditengah  keadaan  pandemi COVID-19, masyarakat kecamatan Bogor Utara masih kurang mempedulikan  pentingnya protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan COVID-19. Hal tersebut menyebabkan lonjakan jumlah kasus positif tertinggi dengan angka 293 kasus terjadi di Kecamatan Bogor Utara. Tujuan  penelitian  ini untuk mengetahui perilaku masyarakat dalam menjalankan upaya pencegahan penularan COVID-19 di Kecamatan Bogor Utara, Kota Bogor.Metode: Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan jenis penilitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan desain studi cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat Kecamatan Bogor Utara berjumlah 196.051 jiwa. Teknik sampling menggunakan non-probability sampling yaitu accidental sampling, didapatkan sample yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 220 responden. Instrument penelitian berupa angket disebarkan dengan menggunakan googleform. Data penelitian di analisis univariat dan bivariat.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden sudah baik melaksanakan protokol kesehatan  hasil sebesar 61%. Mayoritas responden jenis kelamin laki-laki (61,8%), berpendidikan menengah (60,5%), dan memiliki pekerjaan (61,4%). Variabel yang terdapat hubungan yaitu pengetahuan (p-value=0,027), sikap (p-value=0,001), sarana dan prasarana (p-value 0,003), regulasi pemerintah (p-value=0,003), dukungan petugas kesehatan (p-value=0,002), dukungan keluarga (p-value=0,001), dukungan tokoh masyarakat (p-value=0,001), dan pendidikan (p-value=0,002).Simpulan: Mayoritas responden sudah berperilaku yang memenuhi protokol kesehatan. Akan tetapi, keluarga diharapkan dapat lebih andil dalam melaksanankan praktik pencegahan penularan COVID-19, terlebih disaat darurat seperti situasi pandemi. Tokoh masyarakat seperti ketua RT/RW juga perlu memberikan perhatian lebih ketat untuk masyarakat sehinggadapat memaksimalkan protokol kesehatan dengan baik.Kata kunci: perilaku kesehatan, protokol kesehatan, COVID-19, pencegahan ABSTRACTTitle: Effort to Prevent the Transmission of COVID-19 in North Bogor District, Bogor CityBackground: In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, residents of the North Bogor subdistrict are still largely unconcerned with the significance of COVID-19-prevention measures. This resulted in the loss of 293 cases in the North Bogor District, the highest number. This study aimed to determine how much the community in the North Bogor District of Bogor City contributed to halting the spread of COVID-19.Method: The research was conducted using descriptive research methods and a cross-sectional design. The research population consisted of 196,051 residents of the North Bogor District. Using Google Forms, a questionnaire was distributed as the research instrument. Analyze data using univariate and bivariate methods.Result: The total 61% of responders followed health procedures, according to the research. Male (61.8%), educated (60.5%), and employed (61.4%) are the majority. Knowledge (p-value = 0.027), attitude (p-value = 0.001), facilities and infrastructure (p-value = 0.003), government regulations (p-value = 0.003), health worker support (p-value = 0.002), family support (p-value = 0.001), community leader support (p-value = 0.001), and education (p-value = 0.002).Conclusion: Most respondents followed health regimens. However, the family can do more to limit COVID-19 transmission, especially during a pandemic. RT/RW chiefs must also pay greater attention to the community to optimize health protocols.Keywords: health behavior, health protocol, COVID-19, prevention
