Abstract

The problem that is the main attraction of this research is how the concept of Islamic public finance according to Abu Ubaid and how relevant it is in Islam itself. Based on these problems, an in-depth solution is needed from the perspective of Islamic public finance. And Abu Ubaid himself is one of the leading Islamic economic thinkers. The research method used in this paper is to use the narrative analysis method with literature review and literature review on the thoughts of the characters, so that it is presented in a descriptive-narrative form. By carrying out an in-depth analysis, with the data obtained, aspects of Abu Ubaid's economic thinking regarding the concept of Islamic public finance in a real situation are visible, both of which are interrelated with one another. The results obtained from this study are that the concept of public finance pioneered by Abu Ubaid focuses on the principles of justice and the distribution of wealth will be carried out fairly and evenly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Pengetahuan, Literasi dan Promosi terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam melakukan investasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan sejumlah 60 mahasiswa Fakultas FEBI UIN Sumatera Utara sebagai partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Bukti dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh pengetahuan dan literasi terhadap minat mahasiwa dalam berinvestasi Sukuk ISCF, sedangkan temuan lain membuktikan ada pengaruh promosi terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam melakukan investasi pada Sukuk ISCF. Indikasi ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap investasi sukuk tidak membuat mahasiswa berani dalam mengambil keputusan untuk berinvestasi. Namun, mahasiswa lebih tertarik berinvestasi karena promosi-promosi yang ada di sosial media.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the Management of Productive Waqf at RSU Haji Medan, which is a productive waqf managed based on the principle of accountability. These findings show that RSU Haji Medan is a large company supervised by the waqf institution and has experienced significant progress, with a significant increase in the number of customers. The Supervisory Board established the concept of accountability for the Islamic Hospital in Medan City, requiring regular supervision based on reports from the RSI Director. Stakeholder confidence is expected to increase when endowments implement these ideas. Future external audit monitoring needs to be planned to increase public trust and accountability.
