Abstract

Communication needs are very important along with the progress and development of today's communication technology. This requires better network capabilities to handle large data traffic and improve access speed and quality. Karang Jaya Health Center only uses 1 ISP as the main running internet network. The network often experiences downtime and slowness because quite a lot of clients use the network. Applying the nth method of load balancing techniques is a solution to maintaining the quality of the internet network at the Karang Jaya Health Center. The research method for implementing the nth load balancing method is divided into two, namely the data collection method consisting of the stages of Observation, Interview, Documentation, and Literature Study. As well as the development method, namely the Analysis Stage, Design Stage, Simulation Stage, Implementation Stage, Monitoring Stage, and Management Stage. After configuring the nth load balancing method on the proxy device at the UPTD Karang Jaya Health Center, it was found that the traffic results from the division of the two ISP lines were active and the traffic load was divided evenly so that overloads could be avoided. Distribution of traffic load is prioritized by seeing which ISP is not busy with greater bandwidth speed. As well as managing bandwidth can optimize the performance of the internet network at the Karang Jaya Health Center.

Abstract

As technology develops, computer networks have a very important role because they have many advantages, such as ease and efficiency. In designing research on bandwidth quality on wireless LAN networks at the Baidhaul Ahkam Islamic Education Foundation, the method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) and has several stages, namely Analysis, Design, Simulation Prototyping, implementation, Monitoring, and Management. This research will analyze the quality of bandwidth on wireless LAN networks at the Baidhaul Ahkam Islamic Education Foundation using the QoS (Quality of Service) method of tiphon standards. The results of the measurements obtained will then be processed and analyzed to provide value information, Throughput, Packet Loss, Delay, and Jitter used to describe or evaluate the quality of the wireless LAN network that has been provided. The quality of bandwidth traffic at the Baidhaul Ahkam Islamic Education Foundation can be seen from each throughput value of 938k, Packet Loss of 0%, delay of 2.784333 ms, and jitter of 2.76 These values are included in the excellent category. From these results, it can be concluded that the bandwidth available today still meets the needs of internet use at the Baidhaul Ahkam Islamic Foundation

Abstract

Keterampilan kolaborasi digital merupakan kompetensi esensial pada era Society 5.0. Namun, observasi di SMP Islam Al Isra menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih menerapkan metode pengerjaan tugas kelompok secara konvensional dan terfragmentasi, yang berdampak pada inefisiensi waktu dan minimnya transparansi kontribusi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi digital siswa melalui pemanfaatan ekosistem Google Workspace for Education (GWS). Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PBL) yang terbagi dalam lima tahapan: pemetaan awal, pelatihan teknis dengan komposisi 70% praktik langsung (hands-on), pendampingan studi kasus berkelanjutan, evaluasi, serta penyusunan peta jalan keberlanjutan. Intervensi ini melibatkan 20 siswa representasi dari kelas 8 dan 9. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman kognitif siswa sebesar 40% secara keseluruhan, dengan lonjakan kompetensi hingga 50% pada penguasaan fitur kolaborasi tingkat lanjut (Version History dan Comment Log). Transformasi metode kerja berbasis komputasi awan ini berhasil memangkas inefisiensi waktu, meningkatkan akuntabilitas individu, dan secara efektif mengeliminasi praktik anggota pasif (free-rider). Tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 92,5%. Program ini ditutup dengan penyerahan modul panduan dan video tutorial kepada guru mitra untuk menjamin keberlanjutan serta replikasi program secara mandiri di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The world of information technology is currently developing very quickly, so many private companies are trying to expand their business, especially in the field of information technology. Small to medium companies also need a stable and safe internet network so that the company can grow. Companies that have branch offices in geographically separated locations must use a Wide Area Network (WAN) to be connected. SD-WAN is a special software from Software-Defined Network (SDN) technology, which is used on WAN (wide area network) connections. This research aims to provide solutions to small and medium companies to increase the SLA (Zero Downtime) of their connectivity. Currently, by implementing SD-WAN to improve the performance of head office and branch networks with a low budget. Using the PPDIOO method which is Cisco's life cycle network design approach to support computer network development. The PPDIOO method is an abbreviation of the research design used, namely Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize. After implementing SD-WAN, this becomes a solution that can replace the function of the Juniper router currently used and reduce the burden of internet subscription costs due to its implementation. This SD-WAN simply uses 1 internet link and 1 MPLS link.

Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan kompetensi esensial yang perlu dibangun sejak usia Sekolah Dasar (SD) di era pendidikan berbasis teknologi. Meskipun siswa SD umumnya akrab dengan gawai untuk hiburan, mayoritas belum memiliki keterampilan komputer dasar yang memadai untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Observasi awal di SD Islam Al Isra, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat, mengungkap bahwa siswa kelas 6 belum terampil mengoperasikan komputer secara produktif dan belum memahami etika serta keamanan digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital kognitif siswa melalui metode edutainment berbasis PART (Preparation, Action, Reflection, Transfer). Metode pelaksanaan mencakup paparan interaktif pengenalan perangkat keras dan lunak, demonstrasi aplikasi produktif, pemutaran video animasi Internet Sehat, serta evaluasi menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan rata-rata pemahaman siswa pada tiga indikator utama: pemahaman komponen komputer meningkat 60% (dari 55 menjadi 88), fungsi aplikasi dasar meningkat 70% (dari 50 menjadi 85), dan konsep Internet Sehat meningkat 100% (dari 45 menjadi 90). Evaluasi kualitatif menunjukkan seluruh peserta (100%) menyatakan materi mudah dipahami dan menyenangkan. Aset digital berupa modul, video animasi, dan worksheet diserahkan kepada sekolah sebagai bekal keberlanjutan program yang dapat direplikasi secara mandiri.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah bentuk penerapan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi oleh dosen untuk berbagi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang dibutuhkan dan bermanfaat bagi   masyarakat.   Dalam   era   digital   saat   ini,  kalangan yang berkecimpung di dunia Pendidikan harus mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif guna meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan diskusi dengan pihak SD Vianney Jakarta, ditemukan bahwa anak-anak  tertarik  dengan  Tentara  Nasional  Indonesia  karena  banyak  anak-anak  bercita-cita menjadi TNI. Namun penjelasan tentang TNI melalui metode pembelajaran konvensional yang cenderung kurang menarik bagi peserta didik. Kondisi tersebut mendorong perlunya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang lebih kreatif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi digital. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru di SD Vianney Jakarta dalam merancang dan mengembangkan game edukasi digital bertema pengenalan TNI sebagai media edukasi alternatif yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Metode pelaksanaan PKM meliputi tahap identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, penyusunan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan game edukasi menggunakan GameMaker Studio, pendampingan pengembangan prototipe game, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa sesi yang menggabungkan penyampaian materi konseptual dan p raktik langsung pembuatan game edukasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan mampu memahami konsep dasar game edukasi, mengoperasikan perangkat lunak pengembangan game, serta menghasilkan prototipe game edukasi pengenalan TNI yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran di sekolah. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan memperlihatkan kemajuan kompetensi para guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru sekaligus mendukung inovasi edukasi melalui pemanfaatan game edukasi sebagai media pengenalan TNI bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar.
