Abstract

Study ini menganalisis kegiatan komunikasi pemasaran yang dimana shopkeeper melakukan pendekatan dengan personal selling untuk memperngaruhi keputusan membeli para pelanggan di Butik Nadyas.fashop. Teori startegi personal selling yang di dukung dengan konsep AIDA (Attention, Intrest, Desire, Action) yang membantu shopkeeper dalam mempengaruhi keputusan membeli pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara terhadap sumber data key informan dan informan, data sekunder melalui sumber dokumen, e-joernal, buku-buku, artikel dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif mpdel interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles & Huberman.

Abstract

Science students in the 2021 batch of Mulawarman University on the second account of Instagram. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. With a research focus using the theory of self-disclosure (Johari Window) which has four concepts, namely the concepts of open, blind, hidden, and unknown. This research consists of five informants. By using the in-depth interview method, this research uses a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling to determine informants to match the research criteria. Data analysis techniques were carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that every 2021 Communication Science student of Mulawarman University makes Instagram a medium for self-disclosure, especially Instagram's second account, which can maintain all forms of information exchange and good friendships. The largest area found in Communication Science students in the Class of 2021 in using a second account is the Open Self area and there are also several reasons for doing self-disclosure in Communication Science students in the Class of 2021, namely to feel more free to express, feel more comfortable and enjoy, have control over followers who see posts, and avoid negative comments or other people's talk.

Abstract

The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station is one of the public facilities that support activities forall groups of people. The appropriateness of public facilities in accordance with applicablestandards and regulations is something that needs to be considered in the fulfillment of publicfacilities, especially for persons with disabilities or disabilities, which of course require specialstandards. The purpose of this study is to review facilities for persons with disabilities at theHaji Nawi Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Station, so that later it can be seen whether the facilitiesfor persons with disabilities at Haji Nawi Station are appropriate in accordance withapplicable standards. The method used in this study is a comparison method with reference tothe applicable standards. The results of this study can be concluded that the facilities forpersons with disabilities at the Haji Nawi Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Station in several areasare not in accordance with the applicable standards, the unavailability of guiding blocks in theplatform area, taxi waiting shelters, signage in the disabled parking area. some areas that arein the service area that meet the standards
