Abstract

Kegiatan asesmen awal medis gawat darurat merupakan kegiatan pemeriksaan fisik dan riwayat kesehatan pada pasien gawat darurat yang berguna untuk mengevaluasi kondisi pasien tersebut. Kegiatan asesmen awal medis gawat darurat di Rumah Sakit Hermina Arcamanik ini masih manual menggunakan kertas sehingga sering terjadinya ketidaklengkapan pengisian formulir asesmen oleh dokter dan kurang terbacanya tulisan dokter sehingga menghambat pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi asesmen awal medis gawat darurat untuk memudahkan dokter dalam pengisian formulir asesmen sehingga mengurangi ketidaklengkapan dokter dalam pengisian formulir dan meminimalisir kurang terbacanya tulisan dokter menggunakan visual studio 2010. Pengumpulan data sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan membaca literatur sebelumnya. Metode perancangan pada sistem ini menggunakan Entity Relation Diagram(ERD) dan Data Flow Diagram(DFD).

Abstract

Untuk menjaga mutu pelayanan rumah sakit, diperlukannya kelengkapan pada berkas rekam medis, salah satu cara untuk mengetahui suatu berkas rekam medis itu lengkap atau tidak maka adanya pemeriksaan dengan telaah rekam medis tertutup (Close Medical Record Review). Analisis ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi berkas rekam medis serta mengidentifikasi kemungkinan adanya kekeliruan dalam pencatatan dan untuk menentukan lembar atau file dari berkas rekam medis mana saja yang dapat di perbaiki, yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan dan mencatat berkas rekam medis pasien untuk bukti atas kepatuhan terhadap standar yang terlah di tetapkan oleh pemerintah. Setelah dilakukan pengamatan secara keseluruhan, proses Analisi Closed Medical Reord Review masih dilakukan secara manual yang sangat memerlukan waktu lama dalam pengerjaannya. Karena diera Digitalisasi ini sudah pasti banyak sekali yang menggunakan Sistem Informasi ini menggunakan perangkat Digital Elektronik, tercatat pertanggal 31 Desember 2023 fasilitas kesehatan harus sudah menggunakan Rekam Medis Elektronik. Untuk memudahkan perekam medis dalam menganalisis berkas rekam medis tertutup, maka kami penulis membuat suatu rancangan pengembangan system untuk menganalisis telaah rekam medis secara tertutup ini dengan metode agile dan menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman Visual Studio Ultimate 2013.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di Instalasi Pelayanan Eksekutif Terpadu (IPET) RSCM Kencana, RSUP Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Sejak implementasi RME pada 2019 hingga pembaruan pada 2023, sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam pelayanan rawat jalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode HOT-Fit, yang menilai aspek human, organization, technology, dan net-benefit, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RME memberikan dampak positif pada efisiensi waktu pelayanan, pengurangan kesalahan dalam pencatatan, serta peningkatan kepuasan petugas layanan. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti kelemahan dalam fitur keamanan sistem dan ketidaklengkapan digitalisasi pada beberapa formulir yang masih menggunakan metode manual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan RME di IPET RSCM Kencana cukup efektif namun memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut, terutama pada aspek keamanan dan peningkatan fitur. Rekomendasi perbaikan mencakup penerapan fitur auto-logout dan peningkatan hak akses berdasarkan peran pengguna untuk memastikan keamanan data pasien.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are a digital documentation system essential for supporting effective and efficient healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the completeness of documentation and the effectiveness of EMR usage in the inpatient ward of RSUD Kota Bandung. A descriptive quantitative method was used with simple random sampling of 92 EMR documents and a questionnaire distributed to 30 healthcare workers. The results showed that the average completeness of EMR documentation was 88%, with the patient identity component achieving 100%, while the initial nursing assessment had the lowest completeness at 77%. The effectiveness assessment produced an average score of 3.97 on a 5-point scale, categorized as effective. The highest-rated indicators were system understanding and target accuracy, while timeliness was the lowest. It can be concluded that the EMR system at RSUD Kota Bandung functions effectively and is relatively complete; however, periodic evaluations, enhanced supervision, and continuous training are needed to optimize its use and improve healthcare service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of implementing electronic medical records (EMRs) on patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Linggar. The study has two main objectives. First, to examine the implementation electronic medical records and second to assess the level of patient satisfaction resulting from this implementation. This research employs a quantitative, descriptive approach. Based on the result and discussion presented, it can be concluded that the implementation of electronic medical records has a significant positive impact on patient satisfaction at the Linggar Health Centre, with a satisfaction rate of 91,6%. This indicates that the implementation medical records (EMRs) positively affects patient satisfaction.

Abstract

  The number of BPJS patients at Bandung Kiwari Hospital has increased, and this needs to be considered in the quality of service. Often related to payment, the patient has been explained in detail the terms of payment at Bandung Kiwari Hospital but at the end, the patient does not comply with the terms of payment at the hospital this is a factor that becomes an obstacle, and makes the registration service process more delayed. The purpose of this study was to determine how the flow of registration of outpatient BPJS patients in the emergency room improves service quality at Bandung Kiwari Hospital. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach with 100 respondents, the majority aged 20-45 years. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, while secondary data through direct observation. The results showed that 84% of respondents agreed with the quality of registration services provided by officers to patients. The research instruments used stationery, mobile phones, and interview guidelines. Based on the Hospital SPO for emergency room registration for BPJS participants, it is explained that the patient must bring an identity card (KTP / KK / BPJS and the identity of the person in charge), but there are still patients/people in charge who forget or do not bring identity at all, besides that the hospital is lacking in conveying information to patients so that there are still patients lacking information for BPJS registration who must register with the BPJS.

Abstract

Dalam keseharian tidak mungin kita menghindari teknologi, pun saat bekerja, teknologi informasi sudah menjadi bagian yang tidak bisa di pisahkan, namun ketidak merataannya perkembangan teknologi masih kentara pada jeni jenis pekerjaan yang banyak melibatkan data manual dan pengambilan keputusan secara konvensional, dalam penelitian kali penulis membuat perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metodologi AGILE dengan harapan akan membantu meringankan dan memperbaiki sistem konvensional yang ada dalam hal ini melibatkan proses indeksing penyakit secara konvensional yang menjadi pemicu timbulnya permaslahan seperti: 1) waktu pelaporan yang lama; 2) isi laporan yang kurang akurat; 3)pengambilan keputusan menjadi kurang meyakinkan, dengan adanya perancangan sistem ini diharapkan akan mampu mengatasi hal hal yang timbul akibat metode konvensional

Abstract

Abstract Currently, information systems technology is growing rapidly, and its use has penetrated various fields, including the health sector. Hermina Hospital is one of the hospitals that provides services for patients who are going for dental treatment. Because the management of patient reports is still done manually, it is necessary to design an accurate application in order to obtain dental patient reports that can be integrated with fast, precise, effective, and efficient processes. This electronic application is specifically designed for polydental installations. The use of visual basic information technology in medical management has the aim of assisting health workers in collecting data for the hospital reporting process. The research method used is the descriptive-qualitative method, where data collection is in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study and uses a system development method, namely the RAD method. This information system is specifically designed for dental patients, which will make it easier for registration officers, and besides that, it will be very easy for officers to make daily, monthly, or yearly reports using the system that has been created.

Abstract

Implementasi rekam medis elektronik membawa dampak positif terhadap kualitas pelayanan di berbagai rumah sakit dan fasilitas kesehatan. Dalam implementasinya rekam medis elektronik lebih efektif dibandingkan rekam medis konvensional. Dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang memberikan kuisoner pada 100 responden pasien rawat jalan. Penelitian menujukan persentase dari implementasi rekam medis elektronik berkontribusi sebesar (42,9%) terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan dan sebanyak (57,1%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang penulis tidak teliti. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa implementasi rekam medis elektronik memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan, namun besar presentase tidak terlalu signifikan karena rekam medis elektronik hanyalah salah satu faktor dari penilaian kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Digitization management is more complex and includes various aspects. Electronic medical records, digitization or scanning of medical records, and SIMRS are some aspects of digitization management. The purpose of this study was to determine the supporting factors and barriers to digitization management in the implementation of electronic medical records. This research used a descriptive-qualitative method. Interviews were conducted with 6 medical record officers using a questionnaire using the Likert scale method. The results of this study indicate that digitization management in the implementation of electronic medical records at AMC Bandung Hospital has not been fully implemented. Based on the results of the questionnaire calculation using a Likert scale, the result is 10.6%, which implies that digitization management is still very poorly implemented.
