Abstract

Penulisan Laporan ini menjelaskan mengenai Sistem Informasi Keuangan diKoperasi Prima Sejahtera Unit II Setia Budi Jambi yang meliputi Laporan Keuangandengan tujuan untuk mempermudah Perekapan Laporan Keuangan. Pembuatan Aplikasiini menggunakan Program Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai tampilan (interface) dan membahascara-cara pembuatan suatu aplikasi pengolah data dengan menggunakan fasilitas-fasilitasyang ada pada Visual Basic 6.0, Penggunaan Microsoft Acces 2007 untuk pengelolaandata dan database, serta untuk membuat laporan menggunakan Crystal Report 8.5. datadan informasi berkaitan dengan penelitian ini didapat melalui studi lapangan danpustaka.Kesimpulan yang didapat oleh Penulis dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalahPerekapan Laporan Keuangan di Koperasi Prima Sejahtera Unit II Setia Budi Jambi dapatdiproses secara cepat dengan komputerisasi, dan mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan padaproses perekapan Laporan Keuangan serta membantu dalam memperbaiki kinerjakaryawan Koperasi Prima Sejahtera Unit II Setia Budi Jambi sehingga menghasilkanlaporan data yang lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu bagian dari unit pemerintahan Desa Kab. Muaro Jambi, diperlukan adanya laporan data penduduk yang berfungsi sebagai informasi biodata penduduk per kepala keluarga. Hal ini membutuhkan pengolahan data penduduk yang ada di unit pemerintahan Desa Kab. Muaro Jambi dirasakan masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Mengingat banyaknya kendala dalam pembuatan laporan tersebut, maka dilakukan analisis berupa penelitian di salah satu unit organisasi pemerintahan Desa Kab. Muaro Jambi yaitu Kantor Kepala Desa Senaung Kab. Muaro Jambi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah dibutuhkannya sistem yang baru dalam Pengolahan Data Penduduk Per Kepala Keluarga pada Kantor Kepala Desa Senaung Kab. Muaro Jambi, Dengan memanfaatkan Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan Microsoft Access 2007 sebagai penyimpanan data, dibangunlah sebuah sistem baru barupa Sistem Informasi

Abstract

In process inventory data processing, where research is done so with computerized standards. In the process of borrowing and returns of goods are still manually. The purpose of the practicum research report writing this is to create a web-based program specifically to facilitate logging inventory, borrowing and returns of goods using the programming language PHP, CodeIgniter framework Bootstrap, and MySQL as the database in the application inventory data processing goods at the Central computer lab STMIK Nurdin of Jambi Hamzah web based. The methodology used in the writing of the report job practice is field research, the study of the literature and research laboratories. The analysis phase consists of: UML (Unified Modeling Language), Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, and Class Diagrams in designing databases, data structures, design, specification of input and output processes and stages of implementation. The results of the analysis and design of data-processing application is expected to provide ease in the process of penginventarisan, so that it can save you time, effort and cost. Inconclusive data processing applications can help in the search of the data items, borrowing, payback, and the making of the report. For advice on this application can be developed by adding logic calculations and processes needed in the future.

Abstract

The parking process at STMIK NH Jambi is still done manually which is only supervised by the security guard on duty at that time, so there is still a weakness in terms of security where the security guard can not control the vehicle in and out during the hours of duty. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based program, especially to facilitate the management of two-wheel parking, data collection and supervision, using the programming language PHP, Bootstrap¸framework CodeIgniter, and PHP Myadmin as a database. The methodology used in this study is directed object, which is poured using UML (Unified Modeling Language) that is Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram and designing data structure. The results of this parking application processing application is expected to provide ease and safety in the parking process. It can be concluded that this vehicle parking processing application can assist in the issue of incoming and outgoing vehicle governance in detail with clear reports.

Abstract

The development of science and technology was so rapid that offers easiness in running activities and work. The presence of this technology is intended to achieve better results in the achievement of the accuracy of the information. Given good information system will provide easy access to various desirable. One such technology is the development of Android, Android is an operating system for smartphones that have Linux-based. Android provides an open platform for developers to create their own applications that have been used by a variety of mobile devices. An android application can also be used to address the problems that exist in the environment STMIK-NH Jambi like attendance system. This application aims to replace the manual attendance system that already exists for the move to the android-based application system. This application will be much more effective and efficient than the old system. The data entered in the form of data subjects, the student data, and the latest student photos. The device used is Android Studio, genymotion, and Java Develpoment Kit. The programming languages in use are Java and database used is SQLite.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of machine learning methods to analyze market trend patterns and predict demand for a product using the market sampling method. The case study raised in this research focuses on processing data from e-commerce platforms to identify factors that influence purchasing decisions and predict stock needs based on sales trend analysis. The main objective of this research is to develop a prediction system that can help e-commerce companies plan product marketing strategies and inventory management more effectively. The research results show that the use of machine learning, especially the market sampling method, is able to provide accurate and reliable predictions for decision making in the marketing business of a product that is trending on the market.

Abstract

In improving services regarding emergency response to the community, it is necessary to build a Community Emergency response application that can assist the Telanaipura sub-district, Jambi city in obtaining information on emergency reports or complaints from the community, in order to help speed up and simplify the emergency response process. Telanaipura sub-district office, Jambi city, which is located at Jl. Piere tended to RT. 12 Ex. Telanaipura Kec. Telanaipura Jambi City. The purpose of this research is to create a Mobile-Based Community Emergency Response Application in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. Making this application is done by means of data collection, system planning, system analysis, system and database design. Making application programs developed with PHP. The database used is MySQL. The input needs of the application program are user data, community data, complaint data, category data, contact data and news data. Process requirements needed are: login process, master data process, complaint process and report process. Expenditure data generated is in the form of information that will be displayed, among others: complaint data information, community data information, complaint status data information, contact data information and news data information. With the existence of a new system that has been designed and created by researchers, it can help facilitate the parties involved in improving emergency response services to the community

Abstract

Information systems are one of the most important needs of society in the current era of globalization. One important aspect that is needed especially in the field of education is school. The implementation of information systems in schools can also help schools produce accurate, timely and relevant information. At the DPMPTSP Office of Muaro Jambi Regency, there is an activity called archiving. In this archive management activity, the DPMPTSP Office of Muaro Jambi Regency still uses a manual system in registering students which results in the performance of the school being less effective. The implementation of the street vendor system aims to build a system that can facilitate the management archive at DPMPTSP Office of Muaro Jambi Regency. This research was conducted using a responsive Web. By using the PHP programming language and MySQL database where the authors carry out system development with design, UML (Unified Modeling Language), which can provide users with visual or image modeling languages of various types of programming and general engineering processes. Brings together the best information available in modeling, table design, and interface design. This system displays class data, department data, year data, supervisor data, supervisor data, student guardian data, student data, and printable reports with the aim of providing fast and easy information in archiving.

At SMK Negeri 4 Batanghari there is an activity called Field Work Practice (PKL). In this street vendor activity, the SMK Negeri 4 Batanghari school still uses a manual system in registering students which results in the performance of the school being less effective. The implementation of the street vendor system aims to build a system that can facilitate the management and reporting of street vendors by students and street vendor managers at SMK Negeri 4 Batanghari. This research was conducted using a responsive web. Abstract

Learning styles are an essential factor influencing the effectiveness of the learning process. Each student has different tendencies, such as visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. This study aims to analyze the learning styles of elementary school students using the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method. The data consisted of report card scores from nine subjects, representing academic achievement, and a learning style questionnaire. The questionnaire results indicated that 19 students (43.18%) preferred visual learning, 6 students (13.64%) auditory, 10 students (22.73%) kinesthetic, and 9 students (20.45%) had mixed learning styles. FCM was chosen because it allows clustering with multiple memberships, enabling students to belong to more than one learning style category. A total of 44 students’ data were processed using MATLAB and Microsoft Excel. The clustering results identified three main clusters: visual (C1) with 18 students (40.91%), auditory (C2) with 12 students (27.27%), and kinesthetic (C3) with 14 students (31.82%). These findings provide useful insights for teachers to design more effective teaching strategies tailored to students’ learning styles.
