Usul-Fiqh is the science of wealth treasury directly or indirectly, helped enrich our religious models. Implementation of Islamic Shariah will be hard if the science is not there, because-fiqh usul fiqh regarded as a guide is the answer for our lives. This science can answer some of the issues raised, it is that we can exploit, we should know the answer to what needs to be performed by this science. In Islam, all the texts of the Quran and Hadith al-zhanni shaped the meanings that emerge from the text was always formulated in a different conclusion (mukhtalaf FIH). For followers of the theory mushawwibah would say that all the disparate conclusions, which really is not one, in fact it could be all right. Similarly, if all the jurists show frameworks in line with the path-fiqh usul. While followers mukhaththiah would argue that all the conclusions that a lot of it, which is really just one, especially if there was some conclusions contradictory values. Approach to regional schools and schools of universal merefren basically on the corner of the development of usul fiqh itself. This article describes the problem of correlation of Islamic law with Islamic education. Discussion of the results obtained so understanding that education is guidance or conscious effort by educators / adults to physical and spiritual development of the students towards the formation of the main personality. In addition, Islamic education also aims to improve the morals and guiding toward a more perfect, so the task is to direct the process of Islamic education and educational activities on the principles of Islam in accordance with the guidance of the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet. Therefore, Islamic education is very relevant to Islamic law by meeting the educational goals that we aspire together, namely the formation of the human person whole and perfect, so that they can feel the happiness and safety of the world and the life hereafter.

Menganalisa berbagai sistem hukum yang berlaku, khususnya di dunia Islam, memberikan pemahaman bahwa hukum Islam adalah salah satu hukum yang selalu dapat menyesuaikan kondisi tempat dan waktu dengan tujuan untuk kemaslahatan umat. Keluwesan hukum Islam yang menjadi judul pokok dari tulisan singkat ini, menjadi petunjuk bahwa hukum Islam luwes karena berdasarkan pada asas-asasnya yang akomodatif terhadap kepentingan para penganutnya. Al-Quran dan hadis sebagai dasar utama hukum Islam, memberikan ruang berfikir, berijitihad dan bertindak dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan dengan tidak bergeser apalagi bertentangan dengan jiwa kedua sumber tersebut. Starting from the thought that one of the things to do in overcoming life's problems is to rely on the values of Islamic teachings. Of the many values of Islamic teachings, among them are the values that exist in Islamic economics. It is known that Islamic economics is an economic system based on the main teachings of the Qur'an and hadith. Through a study with a simple approach and methodology, this paper underlines that from the nature to the theory and practice of Islamic economics is based on helping and for the benefit of people at all levels of society. Therefore, it is said, Islamic economics has good prospects, because it is not only an alternative and solution, but an economic locomotive in the midst of world economic problems, especially in Indonesia. However, although Islamic economics is an ideal system, especially for Muslims in Indonesia, it is certainly not free from weaknesses or problems in its implementation, both related to human resources as managers, business capital, infrastructure and in competition with conventional economic systems globally.

The main theme of this paper is the issue of da'wah ethics, related to the development of da'wah in Indonesia today. Da'wah that we understand as an invitation to do good and prevent evil is highly recommended in Islamic teachings, as in the Qur'an and hadith. By using analysis through observation of the phenomena that arise from the practices of da'wah in society today, it provides a clue that the development of da'wah in addition to the appearance of progress as a positive thing, but the reality in practice, there are also things that can be considered negative. Especially that can be considered negative, because there are some or unscrupulous da'i or muballig who preach is considered not in accordance with the ethics of da'wah. In general, preachers are considered to deviate from the ethics of da'wah, in addition to the impression that their words and actions do not match, they also deliberately utter many words that are inappropriate according to the social ethics that grow and are obeyed in society, the ethics of state law and ethics originating from Islamic teachings.
