This community service program aimed to enhance the digital literacy of the administrators of the Indonesian Catholic Women's Organization (WKRI) Cinere Branch through administrative training and website development. The program employed the Participatory Learning and Action approach to ensure active stakeholder involvement, combined with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to facilitate the rapid and user-centered development of an information system tailored to the organization's needs. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in the digital literacy and administrative independence of the organization's administrators. The transition from manual processes to an integrated digital system contributed positively to work efficiency, the quality of documentation management, and accessibility of information. Supported by a high level of user acceptance, the system is ready to be managed independently by the partner organization. To ensure sustainability, several recommendations are proposed, including the appointment of an official internal administrator, the standardization of digital administrative formats, and the implementation of periodic refresher training for newly appointed administrators. Keywords: digital literacy; WKRI cinere; website; participatory learning and action; rapid application development
