Abstract

Abstract Randuputih Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency has a fairly high stunting prevalence rate with a stunting rate of more than 20 percent. This shows that the problem of nutrition and child growth is still an important concern in Randuputih Village. A sustainable effort is needed to reduce the prevalence of stunting through improving nutrition. One of the efforts to deal with nutritional problems in toddlers, especially with the problem of stunting, is by providing Supplemental Food (PMT) high in energy and protein. The implementation of the innovation of shredded skipjack tuna as Supplementary Feeding (PMT) refers to the technical guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia on Supplementary Feeding (PMT) which utilizes local food ingredients intended for toddlers and pregnant women. The method of community service activities uses the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method in the form of outreach activities or counseling on the PMT innovation of smoked skipjack tuna in the context of preventing stunting in Randuputih Village. The socialization activity regarding the Innovation of Supplemental Feeding (PMT) went well and the target of the counseling participated well and is expected to contribute to reducing the stunting rate in Randuputih Village.

Abstract

Village community empowerment is carried out to develop independence and improve community welfare by increasing skills and abilities in managing and utilizing existing resources. This study aims to analyze and describe the process of Community Empowerment through Village-Owned Enterprises "Ngingas Makmur Abadi" Ngingas Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. In this study, the indicators used are studied from 3 (three) aspects: enabling, empowering and protecting. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study explain that the community empowerment process carried out by the Village-Owned Enterprise "Ngingas Makmur Abadi" has been carried out quite well, it can be seen that two aspects of the indicators, namely Enabling and Empowering, have been implemented well, but one aspect of the Protecting indicator still has some constraints. even so, BUMDes Ngigas Makmur Abadi Community Empowerment has contributed to increasing PADes (Village Original Income) and Strengthening the Economy.

Abstract

The current condition of public services is facing various significant challenges and opportunities. Public services include various types of services provided by the government, one of which is services in the health sector. RSUD R.T. Notopuro Sidoarjo is a type A hospital, in providing services there are still problems such as long queues, slow service and lack of human resources, which are the main obstacles. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of public complaint services at RSUD R.T. Notopuro Sidoarjo is said to be successful, can be stated as follows by 1) High productivity in handling complaints, shown by the number of staff and complaints resolved within a certain period. 2) Efficient service through fast response times once complaints are received. 3) Quality of service marked by consistency and transparency in complaint handling. 4) Flexibility in offering multiple channels for submitting complaints and adaptive policies. 5) Development of the complaint system is progressing well, supported by sufficient resources and effective use of information technology. 6) Public satisfaction is relatively high, especially in terms of complaint resolution, though some units still require improvement. 7) Service excellence is reflected in overall quality improvements.
