Abstract

ABSTRAK.  Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) memasukkan ketahanan pangan sebagai salah satu dari 17 indikator keberhasilan. Namun, naiknya angka kelaparan dunia menyebabkan perlunya peningkatan produksi tanaman pangan, terutama di daerah tropis seperti Indonesia. Salah satu penyebab utama penurunan produktivitas tanaman pangan adalah penurunan kesuburan tanah yang drastis, yang selanjutnya diperparah dengan kurangnya pemahaman di kalangan petani. Hal ini menyebabkan kebingungan di kalangan petani mengenai dosis pupuk organik dan anorganik yang tepat untuk digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah. Desa Ciburuy yang terletak di Kecamatan Padalarang Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang perekonomiannya sangat bergantung pada produksi komoditas pertanian. Namun, terjadi penurunan produktivitas padi akibat pemupukan yang tidak seimbang yang kemungkinan disebabkan oleh defisiensi unsur hara yang dibutuhkan untuk pertumbuhan tanaman yang optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, program seminar dan pelatihan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani dalam memahami defisiensi unsur hara dan melatih mereka menghitung dosis pupuk berimbang yang tepat agar mendapatkan efisiensi secara agronomi dan ekonomi. Program ini menyasar anggota kelompok tani yang membudidayakan tanaman pangan khususnya padi di Desa Ciburuy dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi padi. Uji tanah yang dilakukan di laboratorium menunjukkan bahwa tanah di Desa Ciburuy adalah Inceptisols dengan kandungan karbon organik (C-Organik) rendah (<2%), nitrogen total rendah (<0,2%), dan kalium tersedia rendah (<20 mg/100g). Program ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan peningkatan kesadaran di kalangan petani tentang kesuburan tanah dan penggunaan pupuk berimbang. Program pelatihan ini merupakan langkah penting untuk mencapai tujuan ketahanan pangan di Indonesia dan memastikan pertanian berkelanjutan di masa depan. Kata kunci: pemberdayaan, kesuburan lahan, peningkatan produktivitas ABSTRACT. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) include food security as one of the 17 indicators of success. However, the increasing number of hungry people in the world requires an increase in food crop production, particularly in tropical regions such as Indonesia. One of the main causes of the decline in productivity of food crops is the drastic decrease in soil fertility, which is further compounded by a lack of understanding among farmers. This leads to confusion among farmers regarding the appropriate doses of organic and inorganic fertilizers to use to improve soil fertility. Ciburuy village, located in Padalarang district, West Java, is one of the villages in West Bandung Regency whose economy depends heavily on agricultural commodity production. However, there has been a decline in rice productivity due to imbalanced fertilization, which may be caused by nutrient deficiencies required for optimal plant growth. To address this problem, a seminar and training program was conducted to enhance farmers' capacity in understanding nutrient deficiencies and train them to calculate the appropriate balanced fertilizer doses for optimal agronomic and economic efficiency. This program targeted members of the farmer group who cultivate food crops, particularly rice, in Ciburuy village with the aim of improving the quality and quantity of rice production. Soil tests conducted in the laboratory showed that the soil in Ciburuy village is Inceptisols with low organic carbon content (<2%), low total nitrogen (<0.2%), and low available potassium (<20 mg/100g). This program is expected to generate increased awareness among farmers regarding soil fertility and the use of balanced fertilizers. This training program is an important step in achieving food security goals in Indonesia and ensuring sustainable agriculture in the future.Keywords: Community Development, Soil Quality, Productivity

Abstract

The agribusiness sector which collaborates with the tourism sector is one of the solutions in the improvement effort of Indonesia's economy. There are various ways to unite the agribusiness and tourism sectors, one of which is the development of tourism villages. Kampung Agro is a tourist village in Banjar City that allows visitors to learn to choose and pick their ready-to-harvest honey star fruit which then can be consumed directly. However, various problems still hinder the development of Kampung Agro. The management of Agro Village still relies on traditional methods without involving any innovation or technology, mainly due to the lack of coordination with farmers and minimal involvement of various stakeholders. The development of Agro Village should be carried out through a collective effort involving various stakeholders who are involved in it. This study aims to construct the development pattern of the Kampung Agro innovation system in Banjar City. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach data obtained from primary and secondary sources. This study used the Soft System Methodology (SSM) analytical tool approach. The results showed that in the development of Kampung Agro it is necessary to apply a pattern that involves various parties, including managers, Banjar City Government, academics, business actors and the media to make various efforts through their duties and functions. The parties involved need to collaborate in the management of Agro Village through collective efforts by implementing various actions in accordance with recommended improvement measures. There is a need for support and involvement from the Banjar City Government, in the form of education, assistance policies, as well as mentoring and supervision.

Abstract

Sub sektor hortikultura khususnya komoditas sayuran pada lima tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan hasil produksi dan fluktuasi harga. Fenomena ini juga terjadi di Kecamatan Pangalengan pada komoditas kentang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat adopsi teknologi budidaya kentang, karakteristik petani kentang dan hubungan antara karakteristik petani terhadap tingkat adopsi serta menganalisis hubungan tingkat adopsi teknologi budidaya kentang dengan pendapatan usahatani kentang di Kecamatan Pangalengan.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di dua desa yaitu Desa Pangalengan dan Desa Pulosari di Kecamatan Pangalengan yang dilakukan terhadap 52 responden petani kentang pada bulan September – November 2019. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis tingkat adopsi, analisis pendapatan dan analisis statistik non parametrik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat adopsi petani terhadap teknologi budidaya kentang rata-rata sedang.Karakteristik usahatani yang berhubungan dengan tingkat adopsi teknologi budidaya adalah luas lahan dan modal usahatani.Pada tahun 2018 rata-rata pendapatan petani kentang sebesar Rp. 35.551.632 per hektar per musim.Tingkat adopsi teknologi budidaya kentang memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan usahatani kentang di Kecamatan Pangalengan.
