Abstract

Implentasi Rekam medis elektronik (RME) meskipun sudah di implentasikan secara luas akan tetapi masih banyak kendala yang ditemukan. Dalam pelaksanaan RME di RST dr. Soedjono Magelang masih belum berjalan maksimal dengan ditemukan berbagai kendala. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi hambatan implementasi RME dari perspektif petugas rekam medis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan pendekatan semi terstruktur pada 6 informan petugas rekam medis yang bertugas di unit pendaftaran, coding, analisa, dan pelaporan. Peneliti menggunakan analisis induktif untuk menentukan koding, kategori dan tema dari hambatan implementasi RME. Hasil penelitian ini dtemukan 12 tema terkait hambatan implementasi RME di RST dr. Soedjono Magelang yaitu kinerja RME, kecepatan sistem, modul dan fitur, akurasi informasi, kualitas keluaran, integritas data, kendala teknis, biaya, keamanan data, kendala non teknis, efisiensi RME dan kualitas layanan RME. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan beberapa masalah yang pada implementasi RME di RST dr. Soedjono Magelang yaitu dari aspek kecepatan sistem, modul dan fitur, akurasi informasi, kualitas keluaran, integritas data, kendala teknis, biaya, keamanan data, kendala non teknis, efisiensi RME dan kualitas layanan RME. Abstract

Background: The online registration system at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul still finds problems related to application errors, there are problems when uploading KTPs for registering new patients, and at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul there has not been a satisfaction survey of users of the online-based outpatient registration system. Objectives: To determine the description of patient satisfaction using the online-based outpatient registration system using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method. Research method: this research is quantitative descriptive research using a cross-sectional approach. The tool used to collect primary data in this research was the EUCS questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 96 accidental sampling. Research Results: the results of the descriptive analysis showed that the majority of respondents were satisfied. The results of the univariate analysis regarding the satisfaction of patients using the online-based outpatient registration system have the majority of satisfaction index interpretation scores that fall into the range of 61-80% in the satisfied category. Conclusion: online registration has a high level of satisfaction in terms of Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use and Timeliness. The recommended suggestion is for developers to pay more attention to the format and reports produced by the online registration system so that they are easier to understand and comprehend.

Abstract

Backgroud: digital literacy competencies. Health professional education that prepares prospective health professionals is obliged to prepare prospective graduates to be able to improve their skills and be responsible in using health information technology. Health professional education has not been able to provide support for creating digital literacy in the education environment. Service objectives: Increase digital literacy competency with material that focuses on search strategies with journal information, maintaining confidentiality of patient data and ethics in using information technology. Method: This service was carried out offline at SMK Kesdam IV/Diponegoro Magelang involving 45 students consisting of 2 majors, namely nursing assistant and medical laboratory technology. The analysis used to assess the impact of training is quantitative descriptive by displaying frequency and percentage data. Providing digital literacy training to students at SMK Kesdam IV/Diponegoro as prospective health workers. Results: The digital literacy training given to students was able to significantly increase students' skills and knowledge related to digital literacy.
