Abstract

Twitter salah satu media sosial, yang memiliki fungsi untuk send pesan, sering disebut dengan kicauan atau (tweet). Penggunaan twitter di Indonesia mencapai 59%, dengan peringkat ke-5 media sosial yang sering digunakan tahun 2020. Dari data tersebut, maka dapat dipastikan bahwa platform twitter menjadi media sosial yang memiliki pengaruh bagi para pengguna di Indonesia. Selain menggunakan twitter, masyarakat indonesia juga menyukai hiburan di waktu senggang mereka, dengan berkegiatan sepeti membaca, bermain, bahkan menonton bersama dengan keluarga secara streaming pada aplikasi. Semakin banyak pengguna dari WeTV maka banyak juga ulasan pada aplikasi tersebut dan dapat memberikan pengaruh untuk WeTv dalam perbaikan tehadap aplikasi, untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada maka dilakukannya analisis sentimen terhadap data review pada aplikasi WeTV dengan metode Support Vector Machine. Dengan data baru yang terdapat di situs Google Play Store. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai analisis sentimen pengguna aplikasi WeTv, dengan jumlah 4024 data yang sudah melewati proses cleaning, labelling, preprocess text, filtering, tokenization, transformation dan klasifikasi menggunakan algoritna Support Vector Machine, dan dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi data, dengan confusion matrix menggunakan tools Google Collab dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari ulasan tweet memiliki tingkat persentase sebesar 89% pada akurasi (accuration), dan memiliki nilai 87% pada hasil precision, dan tingkat keberhasilan (recall) sebessar 83%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma SVM memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik. Analisis sentimen pengguna twitter terhadap aplikasi WeTv menghasilkan 1624 sentimen positif dan 2400 sentimen negatif. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa sentimen masyarakat mengenai aplikasi WeTv di media sosial twiiter, tergolong negatif dan pengguna masih kurang puas dengan aplikasi karena masih banyaknya iklan, aplikasi yang sering mengalami error, hingga translate yang masih belum terupdate secara otomatis.

Abstract

Data security is a crucial aspect, especially for confidential, personal, or strategic information. Threats such as eavesdropping and data manipulation by unauthorized parties require a robust protection system. The purpose of this research is to develop a model or application that integrates Affine Cipher and OTP for data protection and to determine the computational performance of a combined implementation of both algorithms. The cryptographic algorithm method uses super-encryption, a combination of the Affine Cipher and OTP algorithms. The resulting encryption produces ciphertext that is difficult to crack because the key length is equal to the message length and the key is generated randomly. The combination of the two algorithms was successfully implemented using the super-encryption method. Affine Cipher acts as an initial substitution layer, while OTP provides a random layer that ensures high-level confidentiality. The use of OTP effectively overcomes the main weakness of Affine Cipher against frequency analysis.

Abstract

BMM Dental Care still relies on manual appointment recording and unstructured communication through social media to run its daily operations. This semi-manual way of working often triggers patient queue buildup due to unpredictable arrival times, loss of communication history between patients and dentists as it gets scattered across various private conversations, and the risk of delayed responses to patient complaints. This study aims to design and build an Android-based appointment scheduling application involving two user roles, namely patients and dentists, as a digital solution for clinic administration. The application was developed using the Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) architecture with Jetpack Compose for the interface, along with a local SQLite database wrapped by the Room Persistence Library so that the system remains fully operational offline-first. The results show that patients can independently register and create their own appointment schedules, communicate two-way with dentists through a real time chat feature, and receive notifications targeted according to their role and currently active account. Dentists, on the other hand, can monitor a daily schedule summary, search patient data, mark appointment status, and send promotions to all registered patients. System testing using the Black Box Testing method on all core functional scenarios — ranging from two-role registration and login to targeted notification delivery — showed a one hundred percent validity rate, indicating that the application is ready to support the daily operations of BMM Dental Care.
