Abstract

The changing times that continue to dynamically change all aspects of community life, including education. The role of the teacher as a person who educates the nation's life and becomes a role model who instills character in students or the nation's young generation. The values contained in Pancasila include Belief in One God, Fair and Civilized Humanity, Indonesian Unity, Democracy Led by Wisdom in Consultation / Representation, and Social Justice for All Indonesian People. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data collection techniques are from journals and electronic scientific articles that are relevant to the discussion in this study. The data obtained, processed and presented descriptively analytically. This article discusses how the values contained in Pancasila can be implemented through the Pre-Service Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program with teacher competency development activities, such as 1) state defense training; 2) showcasing leadership project work; 3) Scout basic advanced course so that teacher professionalism can increase and answer the challenges of changing times.
