Abstract

The purpose of this research development is: 1) To find out the teaching materials of Islamic Religious Education theme mentions the nature of ja'iz for Allah SWT, using the model of snowball throwing fourth grade students in SDN Miji 2 Mojokerto according to expert 2) To know the teaching materials of Religious Education Islam theme mentions the nature of ja'iz for Allah SWT, using the model of snowball throwing fourth graders in SDN Miji 2 Kota Mojokerto according to teacher 3) To know the teaching materials of Islamic Religious Education theme mentions the nature of ja'iz for Allah SWT, using the model of snowball Throwing can improve the learning of fourth grade students in SDN Miji 2 Kota Mojokerto. Product teaching materials Islamic Religious Education theme mentions the nature of ja'iz for Allah SWT., Using this snowball throwing model has been perfected based on analysis of trial data. Based on the steps that have been implemented can be concluded as follows. 1). Product teaching materials Islamic Religious Education theme mentions the nature of ja'iz for Allah SWT., Using the model of snowball throwing fourth graders in SDN Miji 2 Mojokerto City according to experts scored 3.95 with enough category. 2) The teaching materials of Islamic Religious Education theme mentioned the nature of ja'iz for Allah SWT, using the model of snowball throwing of fourth grade students in SDN Miji 2 Kota Mojokerto according to the teacher obtained score of 3.90 with enough category 3) The teaching material product of Islamic Religious Education The theme mentions the nature of ja'iz for Allah SWT., Using the model of snowball throwing can improve the learning of fourth grade students in SDN Miji 2 Kota Mojokerto with the average choice of students is 3.61, it is categorized Enough with standard 0.30 intersection.

Abstract

Wise leadership (education) will direct its ranks to wise teaching as well, grow from honing the main vision of teaching, gathering and reflecting various relevant information about the development of the current situation and embodying clarity of vision, and building further steps from the development of the current situation , and hierarchically compiled a team to study and implement all developments by holding on to the main normative keys of the Qur'an and Hadith. The purpose of this study is to describe efforts to support wise educational leadership: imperative leadership and steps to advance learning programs in order to prepare for 21st century education as a century of knowledge in the perspective of the Qur'an. From the discussion it was concluded that: to advance education and learning programs in schools, the school ranks, especially the principal, as the motorbike do the following things: 1) guided by the main key to change, namely the Qur'an and Hadith; 2) linking school elements and stakeholders in adjusting various aspects of the system and educator practices that contribute to learning achievement; 3) explore data updates on externally locally, regionally and nationally in order to identify current problems and plan internal improvements; 4) planning the development of educational programs to improve student achievement (short and long term); 5) consider the benefits of building support for change in improving educational programs from teachers, administrators, students, parents, education boards, and the wider community

Abstract

The paradoxical fact that education has become one of the main obstacles to intelligence and freedom of thought is lack of creativity in the education system. Creative pedagogy consists of three components: creative teaching, teaching for creativity and creative learning. Rapid developing domains that require teachers to keep abreast of developments, although both theory and realization of learning can be interpreted as creative actions, it is important to provide the same teacher constructive opportunities that we value for students, by avoiding the division of labor into 'theoretical' and those practical '(indeed, these are two activities that are not completely separate), and encourage agile adoption. In the Industry 4.0 era, humans and machines will work collaboratively using cognitive technology in the industrial environment. This scenario shows 21st century skills or lifelong learning competencies, including knowledge construction; adaptability; the ability to find, organize, and retrieve information; management; critical thinking; and teamwork. This is a PAI Teacher Candidate Learning practice program preparation at STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto? The results of discussion can be summarized as follows: 1) Developing a clear, practical approach to improving teacher skills and capacity for creativity in programs that present certain challenges. Integration of program architecture must be holistic in developing the creativity of prospective teachers; 2) Pedagogical practices that support and models creative thinking in a collaborative and supportive environment accelerating students' creative processes. The belief that creativity is the process of education is needed is very important for curriculum reform. The products of the creative process and processes are limited, because the prospective teachers cannot distinguish creative actions in the class and do not know the teachings of strategies.
