<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Sosialisasi ini membahas tentang Peranan Ibu- ibu menyusui Dalam Menyikapi Pengaruh dalam penggunaan daun kol untuk menghambat bendunagn ASI . Dengan adanya sosialisasi daun kol untuk Bendungan ASI maka perlu dilakukan konseling, motivasi dan memantau ibu menyusui agar mampu memberikan ASI secara tepat dan efektif. Metode quasi eksperimental tanpa kelompok kontrol dengan pendekatan One Group Pre Test- Post Test Desain. Rancangan ini hanya menggunakan satu kelompok sampel yang diobservasi sebanyak dua kali yaitu menjawab kuesioner sebelum eksperimen disebut pre test dan menjawab kuesioner setelah eksperimen disebut post test. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan komputer program Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Analisa dengan persamaan pre-test dan post-test one group desain dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) = 0,05 dengan melakukan uji t pada kelompok berpasangan pada kelompok berpasangan. Daun kol secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dalam menghambat bendungan ASI pada ibu menyusui sehingga diperlukan sosialisasi daun kol untuk Bendungan ASI maka perlu dilakukan konseling, motivasi dan memantau ibu menyusui agar mampu memberikan ASI secara tepat dan efektif. Memberikan alternatif yang bermakna antara keefektifitasan daun kol dalam menghambat bendungan ASI pada ibu karena berpengaruh kepada produksi ASI pada saat menyusui. Cabbage leaves partially have a significant effect on inhibiting milk retention in nursing mothers so that it is necessary to socialize cabbage leaves for ASI dams, it is necessary to carry out counseling, motivation and monitoring of breastfeeding mothers so that they are able to provide ASI properly and effectively.
