Abstract

The provisions for the election of village heads have been regulated in many regulations, both in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages, as well as in the form of Aceh Qanun Number 4 of 2014 concerning villages. So that it can be formulated, how is the behavior of the community in the election of the keuchik in Pangge Pilok Village? As well as the factors behind the political behavior of the community in the election of the keuchik in the village of pangge pilok, so that it can be known the behavior and goals of the community of pangge pilok who played a role in the election of the keuchik in the village of pangge pilok. The research method applied is qualitative, data sourced from primary and secondary with a total of 15 informants consisting of each community representative, through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Political Behavior of the Community in the Election of Keuchik in Pangge Pilok Village, Grong Grong District, Pidie Regency, is generally determined by internal factors as well as external factors. In addition, some other people chose the Keuchik candidate because they had a family relationship with one of the candidates. The village head candidate has innovative and transparent behavior, because the village head that the community wants is a village head candidate who is transparent in any way and has innovations that can build Pangge Pilok village even better in the future. Implementation of the election shows that the interest and participation rate of the community on election day is very high so that the event runs smoothly.Keywords: Behavior, Election, Keuchik

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi baik organisasi dalam skala besar maupun kecil yang dijalankan oleh seorang pemimpin dapat berperan di dalam melindungi beberapa isu pengaturan organisasi yang tidak tepat dalam  menditribusikan kekuasaan yang menjadi penghalang tindakan yang efektif, kekurangan berbagai macam sumber, prosedur yang dianaggap buruk, dan sebagainya yaitu problem-problem organisasi yang lebih bersifat mendasar oleh karena peranan sentral kepemimpinan dalam organisasi tersebut, Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Urusan Agama di Kecamatan Tangse, Apa saja hambatan-hambatan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di kantor urusan agama di kecamatan Tangse,Upaya upaya apa saja yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, Objek penilitian yang kami ambil merupakan penilitian lapangan dengan menggunakan meode kualitatif. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Urusan Agama di Kecamatan Tangse, Apa saja hambatan-hambatan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di kantor urusan agama di kecamatan Tangse, upaya upaya apa saja yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, Objek penilitian yang kami ambil merupakan penilitian lapangan dengan menggunakan meode kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan jawaban bahwa peran pemimpin atau Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama Tangse dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai figurehead dimana kepala rajin dalam melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang bersifat legal dan sosial dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya, Kepala KUA patut dan layak untuk dicontohkan pegawainya dalam menjalankan organisasi dengan sungguh-sungguh. Dan hasil  penelitian juga menunjukkan  bahwa  kepala KUA Kecamata Tangse dalam menjalankan peran pemimpin bersifat interpersonal yang diukur berdasarkan figur sudah cukup baik. Terbukti kepala KUA kecamatan Tangse dapat menjalankan perannya sebagai figurehead, yakni peranan yang dilakukan untuk mewakili organisasi yang dipimpinannya di dalam setiap kesempatan dan persoalan yang timbul secara formal.

Abstract

Public service is public trust, where every citizen hopes that public services can provide services that are in accordance with honesty, and management of income sources that are appropriate, accountable, and generate public trust, which requires public service ethics as a pillar, public trust. and as a basis for realizing good governance, the quality of public services is a dynamic condition related to services, people, products, processes and the environment where the level of quality is determined at the time the service is provided. As for the formulation of the problem, how is the quality of clean water supply services at the Tirta Mon Krueng Baro Regional Public Company, Pidie Regency? and the methodology used using a descriptive qualitative approach is limited to efforts to reveal a problem or situation or event as it is so as to reveal facts and provide an objective picture of the actual state of the object under study. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that at PDAM Tirta Mon Krung Baro, Pidie Regency, the quality of service provided to customers. Honesty is part of spirituality that reflects the attitude of sharing, which is in favor of truth and a commendable moral attitude, and honesty is a personal quality possessed by every individual in the company. Services at PDAM Tirta Mon Krung Baro, Pidie Regency, not only show the existence and ability of employees to serve, but employees also deeply instill in themselves the responsibility as public servants. Structurally it is carried out by the Subscription Section, considering that the entire service administration process occurs in this section.Keywords: Quality, Service, Company

Abstract

Based on domestic law number 3 of 2020 reguarding the prevention of corona virus disease (covid-19) in villages through the APBG, ech village is required to use the revenue and expenditure budget in the field of emergency disaster management and urges the village to refocus activities and budgets to handing covid-19. So that it can be formulated how the village government of krueng dhoue manages the APBG during the pandemic? And how is the strategy of the krueng dhoue village government in preventing the spread of the covid-19 virus outbreak. The research method applied is qualitative, data sourced from primary and secondary with the number of informants 8 people consisting of village officials,trought observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show the APBG management strategi in preventing the covid-19 outbreak, what was done by the krueng dhoue village government was a refocusing of the budget or budget changes that were previously focused, on village development but now they are used to handle the covid-19 outbreak by protecting and distributing the budget.  Keywords: Management strategy,  APBG, covid-19

Abstract

Public services in the Spatial Utilization Control and Strategic Environmental Assessment (KLHS) Section of the Aceh Environment and Forestry Service in improving services for business actors/and or activities who come to take care of the process of determining environmental permits in the Aceh Environment and the Forestry Service are expected so that Civil Servants Civil servants (PNS) and other employees who are involved in public services in obtaining environmental permits are more focused and professional, so that business actors and/or activities feel satisfied and can work together well so that it is easier to achieve a goal to be achieved together. The research uses a qualitative approach, namely the researcher intends to obtain an indepth description of a social phenomenon related to public services in the Control Section for Spatial Utilization and Strategic Environmental Studies. This study aims to find out and analyze how the Principles of Public Service in the Control Section for Spatial Utilization and Strategic Environmental Studies include the first dimension of simplicity which has two indicators, namely: not convoluted and easy to understand. The second dimension of attitude in service is discipline and courtesy. Then the Public Service Standards in the Spatial Utilization Control and Environmental Study Strategy Section of the Aceh Environment and Forestry Service include the first dimension of service procedures which have two indicators, namely: requirements and inspection while the second dimension is completion time with registration and completion indicators. The results of the study show that public services in the Control Section for Strategic Spatial Utilization and Environmental Studies at the Aceh Environment and Forestry Service are very satisfying in accordance with the recognition of business actors/activities and guaranteed courtesy in their services, hopefully in the future it will be even better.Keywords : Public, Services

Abstract

All over the world, the increase in population in developing and developed countries is accompanied by the same problem, namely a decrease in the level of public services for the community. The phenomenon of poverty in Indonesian cities like Papua is one example. Papua owns 26.80% West Papua 21.43% East Nusaa Tenggara 20.23% Malukui 16.23% Gorontalo 15.51% Aceh 14.75% and other cities One way to improve people's welfare is through community empowerment. This study found that the Pidie Jaya District Office of Social Affairs played an important role in empowering the community by changing the way people think. The Pidie Jaya District Office of Social Affairs itself has attempted to empower the community by offering assistance to economically disadvantaged communities. This type of descriptive research, a qualitative approach, is used in this study. The results of the study show that the community empowerment program used by the Pidie Jaya District Office is still ineffective. How big or small the program depends on the wishes and resources of the community. Therefore, to carry out the Community Empowerment Development Program, the government and the community must work well together. Lack of agreement among the community, ignorance about how to look after, lack of knowledge about how to use rocks, and a very low budget are some of the obstacles that have prevented this program from being implemented. The advice that can be given in this study is that the Social Service Office of Pidie Jaya Regency The effectiveness of the Community Empowerment Development Program in Pidie Jaya Regency needs to be continued, by using a dynamic empowerment process or adapting to the typology of community empowerment and after each completion of a series of activities the community empowerment development program needs to be evaluated towards the development of community empowerment.Keywords : Effectiveness, Program, Community Empowerment Development

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of keuchik leadership on the performance of community services in Gampong Kumbang, Mila District. The method used in this research is qualitative, which examines the various influences of keuchik leadership on community services. Community service is one of the important things that a keuchik or village head must pay attention to when they lead the progress of the gampong. Analysis of the influence of leadership on the effectiveness of services to the Gampong Kumbang community, Mila District, was carried out through direct interviews with members of the Gampong Kumbang community, Mila District regarding infrastructure development, enforcement of Islamic law, and dispute resolution. The results of the interview show that the influence of Keuchik's leadership on the effectiveness of community services in Gampong Kumbang, Mila District is in the overall service sector, and the respondents' answer to this was that they gave good answers. and it is very good, only some people think it is not good. It is known that in society there are pros and cons to keuchik leadership. It is hoped that the people of Gampong Kumbang, Mila District will be more concerned about the performance of the keuchik and the Gampong apparatus by looking at previous progress and comparisons.
