Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan sebagai tindak lanjut dari Peraturan Menteri Sosial No. 10 Tahun 2017 tentang Program Keluarga Harapan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat melalui akses pelayanan pendidikan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Selain itu masyarakat diharapkan, melalui Program Keluarga Harapan dapat mengurangi beban pengeluaran dan meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga miskin dan rentan. Tenaga pendamping sebagai pelaksana dari Program Keluarga Harapan memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang terbebas dari belenggu kemiskinan melalui proses pendataan, verifikasi serta penyaluran bantuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja Tenaga Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan serta untuk mengetahui model pengukuran kinerja tenaga pendamping dalam meningkatkan kegiatan Program Keluarga Harapan di Kapanewon Bantul. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukakkan bahwa Evaluasi Kinerja Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kapaneowon Bantul secara umum masih belum optimal, dilihat dari tiga indikator evaluasi kinerja hanya pada Standar kinerja pendamping Sosial PKH dan Kinerja pendamping sosial PKH yang memenuhi. Sedangkan indikator Presentasi keberhasilan belum sepenuhnya berhasil. Saran Proses pelaksanaan pemutakhiran data harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi Program Keluarga Harapan untuk kedepannya lebih memfokuskan pada proses penyadaran pada KPM yang sudah sejahtera untuk melakukan Graduasi mandiri agar tidak ada lagi ketergantungan terhadap bantuan PKH. The Hope Family Program is a follow-up to Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 10 of 2017 concerning the Family Hope Program aimed at improving Peoples living standards through access to education, health and social welfare services. In addition, the community is expected, through the Hope Family Program to reduce the burden of expenditure and increase the income of poor and vulnerable families. Companion workers as executors of the Hope Family Program have the responsibility to create a society that is free from the shackles of poverty through the process of data collection, verification and distribution of aid.This study aims to find out and analyze the performance of assistants in the Hope Family Program and to find out the model of measuring the performance of assistants in improving the activities of the Hope Family Program in Kapanewon of Bantul. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the Performance Evaluation of the Family Hope Program Facilitator (PKH) in Kapaneowon Bantul is generally still not optimal, seen from the three performance evaluation indicators only on the Performance Standards of PKH Social Facilitators and Performance of PKH Social Facilitators that meet. While the indicators of the presentation of success have not been fully successful. Suggestion The process of implementing data updating should be further improved. The Family Hope Program will focus more on the process of raising awareness on KPM who are already prosperous to carry out independent graduation so that there is no dependence on PKH assistance.

Abstract

The Village Government as the spearhead of national government policies must be able to arouse local potential in accordance with its function in carrying out the autonomy granted. This research uses qualitative deskriptif methods with research objects in Gununggempol Village, Jumo District,Temanggung Regency. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that Gununggempol Village, has implemented various development innovations based on nature preservation. Synergy of development is planned and implemented so that the existing concept of natural preservation can be implemented throughout the village consistently through a systematic process that is sustainable with commitment from all village stakeholders. On the results of the study, the Gununggempol Village Government recommends that it better involve the younger generation of villages in every village development planning deliberation and adopt the aspirations of the younger generation to develop village development. As a means for human resources development, especially in the younger generation, the Village Government can determine the priority of using village funds through increasing human resources capacity and also expected to improve the fissibility of planning, implementation, control, supervision and evaluation of the use of village financial resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis Kinerja Account Representative, mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi kinerja Account Representative, dan upaya meningkatkan Kinerja Account Representative Pengawasan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Magelang dalam mengampu wilayah Kecamatan Mertoyudan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer diambil secara langsung dari lokasi penelitian melalui Wawancara (in depth interview) kepada responden, data sekunder berupa dokumen-dokumen tertulis dari Pemerintah, seperti data sekunder tentang struktur organisasi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Magelang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis model interaktif (Interactive Model of Analysis), terdiri dari reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Account Representative pada KPP Pratama Magelang dengan ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah Account Representative dengan jumlah Wajib Pajak masih bisa ditangani dengan baik oleh Account Representative. Adanya kemampuan, komunikasi, inisiatif, ketepatan waktu dan kualitas kerja yang baik serta individu dan lingkungan organisasi yang baik sangat mendukung pelaksanaan program kerja yang telah direncanakan dan mampu mencapai targetnya. This study aims to determine and analyze Account Representative Performance, what faktors affect Account Representative Performance, and efforts to improve Account Representative Performance at the Pratama Magelang Tax Service Office. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Primary data is taken directly from the research location through interviews (in depth interview) to respondents, secondary data is in the form of written documents from the Government, such as secondary data about the organizational structure of the Magelang Pratama Tax Service Office. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model of analysis, consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the performance of Account Representatives at KPP Pratama Magelang with an imbalance between the number of Account Representatives and the number of Taxpayers could still be handled properly by the Account Representative. The existence of ability, communication, initiative, punctuality and good quality of work as well as a good Individual and Organizational Environment strongly supports the implementation of the work program that has been planned and is able to achieve its targets.

Abstract

The Goods/Services Procurement Section of Temanggung Regency Regional Secretariat is a government agency whose main task is to facilitate and assist all Regional Apparatus Organizations or Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) in Temanggung Regency. in the implementation of electronic Procurement Services at the Regional Secretariat of Temanggung Regency through e-purchasing are still not up to the planned target. The lack of willingness to conduct procurement through e-purchasing because they are still used to carry out procurement manually, the lack of human resources, there are also employees who feel that using e-purchasing still takes a lot of time since they also have to work in other units per the assignment letter given by superiors and the reason of inefficient implementation in e- Purchasing is shopping prices are becoming more expensive than the conventional ones, that is the problem that researchers found in this study. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that impede employee performance in implementing e-purchasing in Temanggung Regency and to formulate strategies that need to be developed to optimize employee performance in implementing e-purchasing in Temanggung Regency. this study uses descriptive qualitative research carried out at LPSE Temanggung Regency. Researchers wish that this research can be useful theoretically, namely knowing the factors in employee performance in the implementation of Electronic Procurement in Temanggung Regency and can be some input for officials or officers at the Procurement Service Unit or Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) in the scope of Temanggung Regency and will be practically useful for Regional Government, also can be a reference for government agencies in optimizing employee performance in the implementation of Electronic Procurement and can be a reference in the form of theoretical knowledge and concepts for further research related to Performance Improvement in the implementation of Electronic Procurement in other government agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the performance of Canggal Village apparatus, Candiroto District, Temanggung Regency. The research was carried out starting in October 2022. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Collection of interview and observation data. Interactive Model Miles and Huberman. The results showed that: 1) The performance of the Canggal Village apparatus, Candiroto District, Temanggung Regency was not on target because: most of the village officials were elderly, the motivation of village officials was in the low category, the skills, knowledge and development of village officials were still low, the facilities and infrastructure were inadequate. 2) Efforts to improve the performance of Canggal Village officials, Candiroto District, Temanggung Regency, namely: not giving a heavy workload to elderly village officials and completing workloads for younger staff so that work can be completed on target, providing motivation to village officials by providing rewards for village officials who excel, include education, training and development for village officials, especially for the use of information technology and improve facilities, facilities and infrastructure such as procuring laptops and increasing internet network bandwidth, as well as imposing sanctions on village officials who are not disciplined.
