Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork dan profesionalitas individu terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Parepare.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pada teamwork terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada profesionalitas individu  terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Parepare. Kata Kunci : Team Work, Profesionalitas Individu, Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofTeamwork and individual professionalism on the effectiveness of employee performance at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Parepare. The data collection techniques in this study are observation and questionnaire. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and insignificant effect on teamwork on the effectiveness of employee performance.Positive and significant effect on individual professionalism on the effectiveness of employee performance at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Parepare.  Keywords : Teamwork, Individual Professionalism,Employee Performance Effectiveness
