Abstract

Abstrak Perancangan Labuan Bajo Convention Center ini pada dasarnya merupakan wadah atau sarana komunikasi antara dua pihak dengan penerapkan berbagai metode komunikasi langsung tatap muka baik itu dari perorangan terhadap kelompok, kelompok terhadap kelompok atau kelompok terhadap masyarakat. Dan pada era kini hal ini menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang dianganggap penting. Kota Labuan Bajo, seringkali menjadi tuan rumah suatu konverensi dengan jumlah peserta yang tergolong besar karena cakupannya sampai manca negara.hal ini mendorong laju pembangunan dalam kota termasuk rencana pembangunan Convention Center di Labuan Bajo yang nantinya dirancang dengan dasar penerapan tema Arsitektur Hich tech merupakan kebutuhan objek rancangan sebagai Convention yang lingkupnya regional atau nasional maupun internasional. penerapan tema Making structure (penonjolan struktur) melalui kajian yang ada diharap dapat mengoptimalkan fungsi bangunan, memberikan kenyamanan serta meningkatkan kepariwisataan kota Labuan Bajo. Kata Kunci: Perancangan Convention, High Tech, Labuan,Bajo. Abstract The design of the Labuan Bajo Convention Center is basically a forum or means of communication between two parties by applying various methods of face-to-face direct communication, be it from individuals to groups, groups to groups or groups to the community. And in this era, this has become a necessity that is considered important. Labuan Bajo City, often hosts a convergence with a relatively large number of participants because of its scope to foreign countries.this encourages the pace of development within the city including the plan to build a Convention Center in Labuan Bajo which will be designed on the basis of the application of the theme Hich tech architecture is the need for design objects as Conventions whose scope is regional or national or international. Making structure through existing studies is expected to optimize the function of the building, provide comfort and improve tourism in labuan Bajo city. Abstract

Bali island of a thousand temples so we often hear in the community, the gods worshiped by his people in a temple in Bali, one of the means of worship that is “Padmasari” which has three parts or ornament (structure). Based on the location of “Padmasari” have different functions. Usually we can find the front yard of the house, at the fork in the road or seemingly hauntedplace. This paper is a case study using observation, interview, litelatur study with the data scattered in various places. Abstract

Bali Island as one of the tourism destinations in Indonesia, is well known in the archipelago as well as abroad. The beauty of nature and the charm of Balinese culture blend with its friendly society. The uniqueness of Balinese culture makes Bali as a tourist destination that always attracts tourists.Badung as a marine tourism destination, where most of it is managed by small entrepreneurs who only engaged in scouting and diving equipment rental. In addition, facilities and infrastructure of marine tourism services provided inadequate such as inadequate dive facilities. Various tourism participation and assistance programs have been developed in Badung regency, by Lembanga International, central government, local government, scientific institutions, non-governmental organizations, private and private sectors to support the development of tourism sector in this area.The research method used is data collection method which includes primary data with interview and observation technique, secondary data that is by literature study and literature supporting book. Data analysis methods that include data grouping, analysis and synthesis and the last is the method of conclusion.So to further develop the existing potential of Tanjung Benoa area, there needs to be a place of service with facilities to further improve services to marine tourism activities for tourists. Besides, with the Tanjung Benoa Marine Park, South Kuta, Badung is expected to be a contribution to further improve the quality of Tanjung Benoa tourism area and can serve as the utilization of human resources, improve the economic structure of the surrounding community and foreign exchange.Keywords: Parks, Tours, Nautical

Architect as a( profession by a part society std as sum ed only design picture, so that in carry out only finish what be task owner. Therefore, oftentimes happen in carry out as architect disagree with code ethics architect, finally in work do not total applies the profesionality. A architect should be apply the profession with be espoused integrity and spearhead to present best work to owner and society,with enrich environment and culture. Abstract

Desa Tenganan merupakan salah satu desa dari sepuluh desa Bali Aga . Bali Aga adalah desa yang masih mempertahankan pola hidup yang tata masyarakatnya mengacu pada aturan tradisional adat desa yang diwariskan nenek moyang mereka. Bentuk dan besar bangunan serta pekarangan, pengaturan letak bangunan, hingga letak pura dibuat dengan mengikuti aturan adat yang secara turun-temurun yang masih dipertahankan hingga sekarang. Tujuan penelitian ini tidak lain adalah untuk mencari bagaimana sejarah Arsitektur dari Desa Tenganan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data. Lokasi perumahan ini terletak di daerah pegunungan yang membentang membujur di tengah-tengah Bali. Bentuk fisik perumahan Bali Aga dicirikan dengan adanya jalan utama berbentuk linear yang berfungsi sebagai ruang terbuka milik komunitas dan sekaligus sebagai sumbu utama desa. Pola pemukiman Desa Tenganan masih dipertahankan hingga saat ini dan menjadi suatu objek wisata budaya tradisional yang menarik untuk di kunjungi di Pulau Bali
