Abstract

The problem of this research is regarding self efficacy and family support for interest in entrepreneurship. The reaserch method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of Serba Baktio Suryalaya Senior High School, totaling 465 students. The sampling technique was simle random sampling so that a total of 82 samples were obtained. The data collection technique in this study was using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, test the coefficient of determination R2, t test and F test. The results showed that 1) there is a positive and significant effect of self efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value (0,000<0,05). 2) there is a positive and significant in family support on interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value (0,006<0,05). 3) there is a positive and significant influence of self efficacy and family support on interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value (0,000<0,05). In the calculation results of the coefficient of determination test, an r square value of 0.247 was obtained, and based on these calculations it can be seen that self-efficacy and family support on interest in entrepreneurship have an influence of 24.7%.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishment on students' learning discipline. The research method uses quantitative with an explanatory survey design. The population of Class XII IPS and XII IPA students at SMA Negeri 1 Karangnunggal for the 2023/2024 academic year is 251 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the total sample taken was 251 people. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, statistical tests used multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination, and the hypothesis tests used were partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). The results of the research show that reward and punishment have an effect on students' learning discipline partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya Prestasi Belajar siswa yang diakibatkan oleh Motivasi Belajar siswa yang menurun. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil nilai ulangan harian masih berada di bawah KKM pada mata pelajaran ekonomi sehingga menunjukan Prestasi Belajar siswa masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh Disiplin Belajar terhadap Motivasi Belajar serta implikasinya pada Prestasi Belajar siswa secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan desain eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 231. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan cara simple random sampling sampel yang diambil yaitu 147 siswa. Data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian dari pengaruh langsung menunjukan Disiplin Belajar berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Belajar dengan signifikan 0,001 < 0,005, Motivasi Belajar berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Belajar dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 dan Disiplin Belajar berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Belajar dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Kemudian, hasil penelitian dari pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukan Disiplin Belajar berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Belakar melalui Motivasi Belajar dengan nilai Z-Sobel 3,427. Kesimpulan dari penjelasan ini yaitu Disiplin Belajar berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Belajar dan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Belajar siswa.
