Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the legal power of a building lease agreement without a written agreement based on it and the implementation of a building lease agreement in accordance with Article 1320 in conjunction with Article 1548 of the Indonesian Civil Code. The method and technique used in research to collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation is known as qualitative descriptive. Using the observation method, researchers obtain data about the actual condition of the rented building and the surrounding environment. The documentation method itself seeks data and conditions related to the object of research. The interview method is used to obtain direct information from sources to find out about the issues discussed in the study. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the legal force regarding the building lease agreement without the basis of a written agreement and the implementation of the building lease agreement is related to the education and implementation of the agreement on leasing so that it is not against the law between the lessee and the lessee.

Abstract

This writing aims to find out how the method of proof is implemented against the perpetrators of acts of non-physical violence (bullying) according to Article 80 paragraph (1) of Law No. 35 of 2014 and what concrete steps are taken by law enforcers (police) to implement the method of proof against non-physical violence (bullying). This writing research method is qualitative and normative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation. With the observation method used by researchers to obtain actual data from the actual conditions that occur. The documentation method itself is used to find data and circumstances related to the object of this research. The results of this study revealed the implementation of the method of proof against the perpetrators of non-physical violence (bullying) and what concrete steps were taken by law enforcers (the police) to implement this method of proving non-physical violence (bullying). letter to the realm of visas This proof is carried out by psychologists, psychiatrists and counselors by conducting interviews with victims of verbal bullying. In addition, the support of those closest to the victim of bullying can also provide positive motivation for the victim to get through it all. If you experience psychological violence, that will be used as evidence later.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of lecturers in enhancing the discipline of sixth-semester A Civic Education students through Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and to identify the factors that facilitate or hinder its implementation. The methodological framework employed in this study is characterised by a descriptive qualitative approach, combining techniques such as interviews, observational studies and the analysis of relevant documentation. The findings indicate that lecturers fulfil their roles as role models, facilitators, mentors and motivators, consistently enforcing educational regulations that lead to improved student discipline regarding attendance, assignment submission and collaboration in group work. Contributing factors include educational motivation, collaborative efforts amongst colleagues, and faculty expertise, whilst constraints include time-related constraints, variations in student ability, and low levels of participation amongst certain students. The implementation of PBL is effective in fostering a disciplined character amongst students.
