Abstract

The cultural phenomenon that is happening among young people in Indonesia, they tend to imitate and adopt outside cultures excessively. This raises several questions, such as why young people imitate outside cultures, whether this will threaten local cultures and how to address this problem. The research was conducted through an online survey to 46 young respondents in Bandung City. This article explains that this incident occurred due to the influence of social media and technological advances that made outside information and trends easily accessible. On the other hand, this incident made a positive impact such as opening new views and increasing tolerance towards other cultures. However, outside cultural influences also have negative impacts such as loss of traditional values and local cultural identity. Therefore, the right approach is needed in utilizing outside cultural influences so as to increase awareness among young people without sacrificing local cultural identity. By discussing these ongoing events, this article is expected to provide a better understanding of the issue and contribute to efforts to maintain cultural diversity and encourage the development of local culture.

Abstract

This research aims to facilitate the process of collecting data on high achieving students so that the data obtained is more accurate. To overcome the problems faced, the author will provide alternative problem solving by developing a system based on currently running computerized mobile-based data that uses codes and databases. A system that will be built using the waterfall method. This method was chosen because it describes a systematic and sequential approach. The conclusion of this research is that a mobile-based student achievement data collection application can provide a solution for managing student achievement data with accuracy. The system used using codular can be used easily. The design and code blocks used can be understood easily unlike other tools that require programmers to memorize the programming language that will be used later. Here, by using the application maker code has been provided blocks that will be arranged and make it a system that will run as we wish. With today's developments, making mobile applications is something we must learn in such a way as not to be left behind with today's technological developments. Because, with this mobile-based application, the application used can be used flexibly.

Abstract

Nosocomial infections are infections that are acquired or occurred in hospitals and are still a major health problem in the world. Hospitals as complex health units require good human resource management to provide optimal health care and prevent the spread of infections. Nosokomial infections can occur due to a number of factors, one of which is low awareness of the health energy of washing hands. The study aims to find out how high the level of healthcare awareness in Indonesia is in washing hands to prevent nosokomial infections and the factors that influence them. This study uses a literature review method using 11 literature sources from Google Scholar and Garuda. The results of this study are that the majority of health workers in Indonesia have had a good awareness in washing hands with a ratio of 44% – 77.4%. The author suggests to improve and strengthen hand washing behavior for health workers.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze recent findings related to elementary school teachers' mastery of whole number concepts and its impact on the quality of mathematics instruction. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained from accredited national and international scientific articles published between 2008 and 2025. The focus of the review includes conceptual understanding of whole numbers, instructional strategies, the use of media and technology, and other pedagogical aspects. Data were collected by searching academic databases such as Google Scholar, ERIC, ScienceDirect, and Garuda using relevant keywords. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify key issues found in the literature. The findings indicate that teachers' conceptual mastery of whole numbers significantly influences their instructional strategies, use of technology, and ability to address students' misconceptions. Additionally, challenges such as limited training and learning resources were found to affect the effectiveness of mathematics instruction in elementary schools.
